SITC of Automatic Lift (as per manufacturer design & as per detailed specification below conforming to IS) and putting into operation after final testing in the existing lift shaft complete with all accessories and repairing the damage wall / floor if any etc to complete as required. (Make : Catagory -II Lifts approved by PWD) (i) Type: Passenger Lift. (ii) Load: 13 Passenger/884 Kg. (iii) Control: Microprocessor based with AC variable voltage & variable frequency (VVVF). (iv) Machine: Energy efficient machine, Gearless, With Machine Room. (v) Position of Machine Room: Machine Room Less (MRL), (vi) Speed: 1 Mtrs./Sec. (vii) Floor Served: G+4. (viii) Landing: 5, all on same side. (ix) Total Rise: 17 Mtr (Approx) (Bidder should visit the site). (x) Operation: Microprocessor based simplex full collective with or without attendant. (xi) Signals: Digital car position indicator,car travels direction indicator in car & at all landing with call registration indicator. (xii) Leveling accuracy: ±5 mm (Micro levelling arrangement). (xxii) ARD: Automatic rescue device complete with dry maintenance free batteries as required for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure / single phasing/others. (xxiii) Overload Protection: Fully loaded with overload protection. On overloading the lift car will not start with door remaining open and give audio display indication. (xxxiii) Electric power supply: AC 415 Volt 3phase, 50 Hz, terminated in machine room as per IS. (xxxiv) COP & LOP:- 1 no. COP (with start NS / Floor button) and 5 nos. LOP suitable for (G+4) floors with luminious push up / down, call registration indicator, digital position indicator, SS face plate etc; Buttons on car & landing should be braille encoded.

Charges for minor and Major civil works, wall / floor cutting for making of door, for making holes, chiseling, Contruction of Pit Buffer, Construction of Pit Depth, Supply & installation of ISMC Joist for Lift Hook etc. (all the required civil work required for installation of Lift unitill commissioning of Lift all are included here excluding Lift Facia) and mending good the damages including painting with wall matching colour etc as required for installation to the original finish.
