1 Repair, maintenance and servicing of 14 Nos. Air conditioning of Ward no. 14 & 15 of 2 TR capacity each at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu by way of complete servicing of indoor and outdoor units by servicing with proper chemical/water through pump to remove unwanted dust from cooling and condensing coil and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage line cleaning etc. for two times as per requirement in the summer season at periodic interval- 14 nos. Refilling of specified refrigerant (R32/R410) as per sample – 8 kgin various air conditioners after rectification of leakages in copper piping circuit, if any, with the help of copper brazing. Repair to damaged parts by way of replacement of damagedIDU PCB’s-06 nos., repair to ODU PCB – 3, capacitors-10 nos. and SPN with cover (32 A capacity) – 10 nos. Repair to old worn-out voltage stabilizers by way of complete rewinding/repairto voltage stabilizers-4 nos. Repair to old worn-out/damaged compressors by way of providing and fitting of compressors as per sample along with refrigerant charging- 5 nos. Repair to outdoor unit fan motors by way of dismantling of old worn-out/damaged ODU motors, replacement/rewinding of ODU fan motors, installation of ODU motors in position and testing and commissioning of installed motors- 4 nos. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification.
