SPECIALISED INJECTION GROUTING WITH CEMENT AND FREE FLOW ADDITIVES: a) Drilling of holes with power drilling machine to the required depth [12mm to 14mm dia holes] b) Fixing of Rubber Nozzles with cement and quick setting, Rapid hardening compound putty - Rapidstrong qs or equivalent. c) Grouting of holes with 140 PSI Grout pump with cement slurry mixing with Specialized Free flow, Non-shrink Grout additive - RAPIDSTRONG GROUT ADMIX (Armstrong ) /POWER n GROUT ADMIX (EBT) / CEBEX 100 (Fosroc )/ ZORIGROUT GP1 (PMCC) / SIKAGROUT ANCHKOR NSQ (Sika) /WATERSHIELD GROUT ADMIXi.e., 250 Grams per bag of 50 Kgs Cement add required water to make slurry form. d) After completion of grouting, Remove the Rubber nozzles e) Later sealing of the hole with polymer cement putty - ROOFCRETE AR (Armstrong ) / ZORIGROUT CMG (PMCC) / POWER n GUARD ARM (EBT) / WATERSHIELD AR / Fosroc NITOBOND AR + Cement. * FOR STRENTHENING AND SEAL THE POROSITY OF THE CONCRETE TO ARREST THE LEAKAGES, DAMPNESS, LEAKAGES OF CONSTRUCTION JOINTS: (FOR TERRACE /CEILING / RCC RETAINING WALLS BASEDMENT FLOORINGS / WATER TANKS / RESERVOIRS / TOILETS etc.,)

Providing & Placing on Terrace(at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank of Double layer Roto moulded confirming to IS:12701 approved brand & manufacture with suitable cover/cap and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings & base support for tanks.

Hire charges for Tractor (for pulling) including all incidental charges etc. complete.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator - loader JCB (Capcity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spotat his own costs 2. The Excavator - loader (JCB) should excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator - loader (JCB) should load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the JCB should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator - loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Supply of following labour required for maintenance work such as welding works, stone works, masonry works, carpentory works etc., and other emergency works as and when entrusted by the department during execution.
