Taking down shutter of any description (wooden/Aluminim/steel /PVC) exc. 1 Sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 Sqm each but without taking off shutters from the frames including making good of disturbed surfaces with cm (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 to match with existing surfaces,all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each but without taking off shutters from the frames including making good of disturbed surfaces with cm 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 to match with existing surfaces,all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour solid PVC door frame of sizes 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, as per specification and drawings,all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 5 mm thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10 mm x 10mm (90 degree) used , and joined together with solvent cement, supply& fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawings,all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Pressed steel frames for doors of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Cement concrete( 1:3:6) Type C0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as filling inside pressed steel frame chowkat/filling of wall all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete ( 1:3:6) Type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel works in Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts,if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similarsmall articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165,all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix 35mm thick factory made flush door shutters, solid core construction, with paricle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides with decorative face veneer on both sides,all as specified and as directed.
