Dismantling structural steel work including rolling shutters doors, gates but excluding framed truss complete as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off Shutter) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mechanically operated mild steel rolling shutters with partial Grill type for opening size 4.50x6.00 mtr made out of following (i) Curtain/Lath - 1.20mm thick and 75mm wide interlocked (ii) Lock Plate - Riveted construction with MS Plate not less than 3.15mm thickness reinforced with mild steel section 35x35x5mm with handles of 3 Nos and locking arrangement (iii) Guide Channels - Mild 3.15mm thick and 75mm deep MS dowel section (iv) Bracket Plate - Mild Steel plate not less than 6mm thick in hexagonal/Square/Round in shape and firmly arrangement to wall (v) Roller - 50mm sizes of pipes heavy duty (nominal bore) for suspension shaft. The suspension shaft shall be provided with steel or preferably cast iron pulley and helical wire spring or flat spiral springs for counter balancing the weight of the shutter adequately. The pulley shall be interconnected with a cage formed out of MS flats of at least 32x6mm and MS dummy ring made of similar flats. The caging ring shall have a min spacing of 15cm and there shall be at least 4 Nos. flats running throughout the length of the roller. (vi) Hood Covers - Hood covers shall be made of mild steel sheet 1.0mm thick. The cover shall be properly stiffened with angle/flat stiffeners at top and bottom edges. The hood covers shall be fixed to the bracket plate.

(vii) Wicket Doors - Where indicated, wicket door of 900x1800mm size. The wicket door shall be of robust construction and shall be fitted with a good lever lock operated by key, lockable both from inside and outside. The wicket door shall be swing clear of the opening before the rolling shutter is raised or lowered. (viii) Rolling Grill - rolling grill portion at top bottom and middle places as indicated. The height of grill portion shall be maximum of 0.5m. Rolling grill shall be built of cold rolled steel sheet links of 0.9mm thickness assembled on tubes or rods. Grill may also be manufactured out of 8mm dia MS round bars. Note: Making good of demolished and making to nature with the adjacement also shall be cleaned.

Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer complete all specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as on ceiling surface, facia and projection of slabs, and window projection, in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Powder coated aluminium anodised frame and shutter for doors, windows and partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle, stoppage, locking arrangements etc complete with powder coating of approved colour minimum thickness 50 micron complete all as specified and directed.

4.8 mm thick Sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with Aluminium snap beading with rubber Neoprene packing in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
