Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking outembedded portion and making good disturbed ground or lean concrete etcand making good disturebed porton, complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m in any type of soil and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

Plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix), type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing ,using angle ,iron or other section , includingcutting tops to shape as directed , drilled holes ,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh) including all necsaary drilling , bolting and riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and directed Note ; Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed .

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed .

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples and typing with mild steel binding wire (whenever required )etc ..in existing barbed n wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of new steel surfaces Surfaces of any description two coat of black bituminous paint wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dmolition of stone/brick/concrete block masonry built in Cement mortar complete all as specified.

M&L Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, brought up to course with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:4 etc, complete all as specified

M&L Plain cement concrete, M-10 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on Old /new faces of brick work / stone / concrete surface in cm 1:4 to be finished even and fair with out suing extra cement using complete all as specified
