Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for soil brought from outside of defence land as approved by GE and dumping in traverses of WSA , spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Extra quanity of soil will be obtained under respective item of removal of soil)

Spreading and levelling of earth in traverse etc and well ramming including watering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work using sub class "B" bricks , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agrregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling flor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removal serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) double charged/dark shade , area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid rectified edges (joint free) digitally designed coloured ceramic floor tiles not less than 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles thickness not less than 7 mm as in skirting / dado etc area exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone in slab flooring set & jointed in cement slurry and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing over & including 20 mm thick screed bed/ backing coat in CM (1:6) complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete ceiling surface finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for P.C.C. 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and benching complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any mix / grade of ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified & directed .

Supply only polymer liquid water proofing compound of approved make all as specified & directed.

Dewatering of static water tank of different capacity at different locations all as specified & directed.

Digging out sludge etc from static water tanks at different locations and removing the same not exc 50 m distance all as specified & directed.

Supply only 4 mm dia GI wire mesh of size 125x125 mm and with 40mmX3mm size MS Flat Iron beading aroung all sides and fixed to weep holes in transverses by screwing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode 900mm x 600mm x5mm burried directly in ground vetically to a depth not less than 4.70 mtr below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.60 mtrs below ground level ) connected to copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm as main earthing lead by means of brass brazing at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,GI pipe medium grade 50 mm bore for protection of copper strip from earth electrode to earth test point of galvanised Iron / steel , adequate quality of charcoal dust, common salt and magnesium sulphate in alternate layers of 100 mm thick x 6 layers all around the plate , and RCC (1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) cover of size 54x54x50 mm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel flushed type handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in drawing. Note a). Cost of copper strip and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items. b) On testing,after completion of job ,if desired earth resistence (less than 1 Ohm ) is not found ,the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to govt.

S & F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Copper strip 25 x 3.15mm duly fixed on the wall by saddles, clamps, fixing screws etc. and necessary drilling for tapping off branch connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal boring under Road, pavement, hardstanding complete for inserting HDPE pipe of size 50 to 80mm dia all as specified and directed. Note :- HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid seperately

M & L for 80 mm dia HDPE Pipe having pressure rating 6 Kgf/Sqcm with necessary jointing , if required, laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm dia HDPE Pipe having pressure rating 6 Kgf/Sqcm with necessary jointing , if required, laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand, as in cushioning for under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured)

Supply and laying LT UG Cable, 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed nominal cross section stranded conductor including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying LT UG Cable, 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed nominal cross section stranded conductor including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying LT UG Cable, 16 Sqmm 4 core, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed nominal cross section stranded conductor including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying LT UG Cable, 10 Sqmm 4 core, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed nominal cross section stranded conductor including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed

Laying only serviceable bricks , in cable trench, as obtained during taking up of old cables from the existing cable trench .complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying of well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (using old size brick) laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron specials such as bends (any type, radius and angle ) tapers any type (straight, bend,increasing,decreasing or double socket etc.)Tee piecessingle branch, Y junction,double branc, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot)collars, caps and plugs etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting existing CI pipe of size 100 mm bore in position for insertion of new CI specials with all connected acessories including lead joints complete for taking a branch connection of 50mm all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here-in- before.

Supply and Laying 50 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with fittings laid in trenches, wall, floor etc complete all as specified and directed .

The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt, The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :- PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables.

BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant,high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 600 amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears shall be carried out with suitable size FRLS grade PVC insulated multiflexible type copper wire as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges. INCOMING :- 4 pole MCCB ( with panel mounted rotary handle ) having breaking capacity 16 KA Fixed magnetic and Fixed thermal setting (100% - 80%) of rating 400Amps. Make : LEGRAND /SCHNEIDER / ABB

OUTGOING :- a) MCCB 250 Amps (16 KA) 4 Pole Adjustable thermal(100% - 80% and fixed magnetic setting - 01 No b) MCCB 63 Amps (16 KA) 4 Pole Adjustable thermal(100% - 80% and fixed magnetic setting - 03 Ns Note : 1) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. 2) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. 3) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks 4) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. 5) The dimention of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department.

6)The thickness of MS Sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be of 3.0mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm 7) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments. 8) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.
