ADDITIONAL SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: All bidders are hereby informed that for the purpose of submission of Bank Guarantees in connection with Earnest Money/Bid Security, Performance Guarantee/Security, Bank Guarantees towards Advances, Security deposits, etc. shall be accepted from all Scheduled Commercial Bank of India as mentioned in the Tender Document, except those issued by Indian Overseas Bank. The Bids/offers accompanied with Bank Guarantees issued by Indian Overseas Bank shall be summarily rejected.

Performance Security : Within 15 (fifteen) days of issue of LOA, the selected Bidder shall furnish to the Authority an irrevocable and unconditional guarantee from a Bank in the form set forth indraft EPC agreement (the ""Performance Security"") for an amount as mentioned in the KIT.

i.A scanned copy of the Bank Guarantee bond shall be uploaded on e-Procurement Portal (IREPS) while applying to the tender. ii. The original Bank Guarantee bond should be delivered in person to the official nominated in the office of Deputy Chief Engineer, Construction/works, Address: O/o CAO/C/NWR/HQ, 5th floor, Headquarter office, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. -302017 (Rajasthan) as per tender document. iii. Non submission of scanned copy of Bank Guarantee bond with the bid on e-tendering portal (IREPS) and/or non submission of original Bank Guarantee within the specified period shall lead to summary rejection of bid.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

GST: It may please be noted that the supplier of Goods and/or services for the said tender/agreement, would be subject to GST Act and rules as applicable from time to time.

Tenderers shall hold the offer open for acceptance for a minimum period of 120 days from the date of opening of the tender.

Bidder must submit Financial Bid and Technical Bid at E - procurement portal on or before the Bid due date. Bids received online shall be opened on the time as mentioned in the Key Information Table at clause 1.1.2 of RFP
