DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Dismantling post or struts (steel) any section, embedded in concrete etc including taking out embedded portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Soft/ disintegrated rock, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS round bars (Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165)) 10mm dia and over cut to Length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns with an including MS wire(Annealed not less than .90 mm Dia) or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size and type complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be measured through BOO

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including dismantling of old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonary with P.C.C 1:3:6 mix type C-1 block etc 10cm in width and set in CM1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in flooring finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to LED Street light of any make and any type upto 60 watts capacity inlcuding dismantling from poles and repair/ replacement of spares like driver/ circuit board, unserviceable LED panel, toughned glass, cable connector, necessary cable to connect, and refixng in existing place or new site after testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of required spare parts and necessary T&P shall be deemed inclusive in quoted unit rate.

S & F in replacement of factory made weather proof outdoor pole mounted MCB kiosk box made out of not less than 1mm thick MS sheet size not less than 250x200x100mm with and including MCB SP 10 Amp, 240 V 'C' series 10 KA and bus bar including fixing with two FI clamp 25x3mm including washer nut bolt etc duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement LED Street light luminaires of 60 watts System wattage for energy saving having IP-66 degree of protection, compact & robust design With minimum system efficiency as > 85 % ,made of Pressure die cast aluminum housing powder coated in graphite grey and heat resistant thoughned glass with excellent thermal management including PVC cable connector, LED's should have lens optics and vandal proof prismatic poly carbonate covers for ensuring efficient optics and uniform distribution of light. Fitting should have operating voltage range of 120 - 270 VAC , THD <10% , P.F >.95, the fitting should have in built surge protector of 5 KV, complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement old bracket made out of 40mm bore light grade GI pipe bent to shape fixed as bracket suitable for street light fittings not less than 1.2 m long bent/welded to shape including necessary nut, bolt and clamp-02 No made of MS flat 40x5mm by screwing nut and bolts inlcuidng necessary painting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of service connection 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with overall PVC sheathed twin core 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for GI pipe light grade 40mm for cable protection etc all as specified and directed.
