Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete laid over the cable perpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 mtr from starting points all as directed.

Supply & laying only in trenches in replacement of unserviceable cable/LT OH line, LT under ground cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 V grade armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including removing of old cable testing and commission of new cable of following cross section area:-(a) 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core Note:- (i) The cost of aluminium lugs required for cable ends shall be included in rate quoted. of this item. (ii) Earth work, cable protection, sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Re-routing/relaying of existing LT cable PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured with galvanised steel wire complete of any size and core from any position i.e. ground/wall/poles/culverts etc complete with protection pipe all as directed. Note:- (i) Old cable as obtained shall be re-sued. (ii) Old serviceable protection cover, protection pipe and sand obtained under this item shall be reused if found serviceable. (iii) Earth work and any other new items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F as in replacement of GI tubing of size 80mm bore, medium grade for protection of cable on pole/under road crossing complete al as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting and re connecting of burnt LT XLPE cable to OH conductor on pole/ equipment including removing of faulty part of cable, preparation of cable for connection, suitable AL lugs, nut bolts etc and as directed on site. Note: The cost of earth work for taking out LT cable loop and refilling shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for replacement of prestressed cement concrete poles 9 M long of size 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class-10, conforming to relevant latest IS including dismantling and refixing of cross arm, security light fittings, brackets or any other existing fittings etc connecting, testing including dismantling and removal of broken pole and coping complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - (i) Earthwork, PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) The cost of removal of dismantled items from site shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for replacement of steel structure, cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding, fabrication/bending cold or hot in any size and shape required at site complete applying of two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling complete all as directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size from existing poles all as directed.

Fixing only insulators of any type and any size complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Serviceable insulators shall be used retrieved from item No 14.00

S&F pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle and two GI washer and GI Nuts 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement of shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 1100 volt grade 75 mm in height and 90 mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31 x 3 mm, insulator bolt of 12 mm dia, washers and nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, stringing, testing and commissioning of ACSR insulated rabbit conductor of size 6+1/3.35 mm (as phase wire) binding with insulators including binding material and connection of all service connections/existing cables and taking out old conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The cost of dismantling of old conductor shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply, fixing, stringing, testing and commissioning of ACSR rabbit conductor of size 6+1/3.35 mm (as neutral wire) binding with insulators including binding material and connection of all service connections/existing cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The cost of dismantling of old conductor is shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

S&F as in replacement of FRP Junction box of size 250x200x100 mm, made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced, weather proof, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, IP-65 rated including M32 cable glands of suitable size, connector of suitable size for 3 phases supply and SP MCB upto 2 Amps rating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for stay assembly complete with 230x230x 6 mm thick plate and 16 mm dia stay rod all as shown in elect plate No-1 of SSR-part -1 including stay wire of size 7/4mm dia and suitable loop insulator of appropriate size all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : The cost of excavation in any type of soil, PCC for stay and dismantling of old stay assy shall be included in this quoted rate of this item..

M&L for Trimming and pruning of one tree complete cutting of all branches of any dia but not exceeding 75 mm up to a safe distance from the over head lines complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by AGE EM-III. NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches shall be included in the quoted rate of this item. 2. Proper shut down shall be taken by the authorised rep only before commencement of this Job.

M&L for ZEBRA painting of PCC poles 9/11 m long alongwith road upto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in 30 cm height including painting of pole and PCC coping with white paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of enamel synthetic silver paints over a one coat of red oxide to steel tubular pole/rail pole upto 9 mtr long and PCC coping with white paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The bottom of Pole upto height 1.50 mtr from pedastal shall be Zebra painting without any extra cost.

M&L for writing pole number of minimum 10 cm height with black paint over base of yellow paint on PCC/steel poles of LT supply complete all as specified and directed.

M&L as in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red color and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : The cost of dismantling of old earth pit and removal from site shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

M&L for spray painting to outdoor type double door LT panels/feeder pillar box and replacement of door hinges, sliding bolts, cable entry MS sheets, cable glands, pedestal locks, bow handle and connected accessories where required by welding, cutting, drilling etc and incl fixing with MS nuts and bolts including two coats of spray painting by synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Panel shall be vermin proof and close properly after repair.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable voltmeter/ Ammeter with Panel mounted multi function three phase digital energy meter of accuracy Cl-1.0 for measuring Voltage, Current, KW, KVAR, KWH, KVAH and power factor and making the disturbed surface good by welding/riveting in MS sheet 1.6 mm thick on the hollow portion duly painted including taking out unserviceable meters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable indicators any type with LED based indicating lamps of RYB colour including disconnecting and connecting of the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable CT of LT Panel /Feeder pillar box with CT of ratio upto 400/5 Amps or as required at site according the load incl connecting, disconnecting and testing complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning as in replacement of LT Panel board, outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made CPRI approved suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system having bus bar chamber with copper bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colure 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators.
