Taking down carefully submain wiring complete with PVC conduit any size and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc. to be measure separately) removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour coded 1100 volts grade drawn in and including medium grade non metallic rigid PVC conduit 19mm dia or higher fixed on surface/ concealed with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends, including new sunken terminal boxes duly epoxy painted for mounting modular switch/ sockets etc. including PVC insulated unshearthed 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS colour code cable 1100 volts grade for earth continuity for the following complete all as specified and directed:-

One light controlled by one switch/ fan point controlled by one switch through regulator.

One three pin 5 amp socket outlet multipurpose on independent board.

One three pin 5 Amp switch socket outlet on the same board with other switches.

All as per item No 3.00 above but with 2.5 sqmm size PVC insulated cable for 3 pin 15 amp multipurpose outlet on independent board including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable for earth continuity on independent board complete.

Supply and laying in trenches, fixed on wall (or) passing through pipes/ in floors including connecting up, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3½ core including taking up existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, fixed on wall (or) passing through pipes/ in floors including connecting up, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3½ core including taking up existing cable complete all as specified and directed.
