Eligibility Criteria

The tanker should be fully secured to prevent any pilferage of ghee. You should ensure for sealing of the tanker by the dispatching dairies

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The contractor should adhere to the guidelines /govt. order issued from time to time by the state govt. as well as central govt. with regards to the age/fitness certificate/regulation issued by the RTO.
