   Performance Security: The Selected Bidder shall submit a Performance Security to Authority for a sum equivalent to amount 5% (five percent) of Agreement Value in form of Bank Guarantee in favour of FA & CAO Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala and payable at Kapurthala within 30 days after issuing LOA The same shall be kept with RCF till final completion of service contract

   The tenderers in their bid shall indicate the details of their GST Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, Address & email id). In case of a contract award, a copy of Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the GST Jurisdictional assessing officer mentioned in Tenderer's bid

   This tender complies with Public Procurement Policy (Make in India) Order 2017, dated 15/06/2017, issued by Department of Industrial Promotion and Policy, Ministry of Commerce, circulated vide Railway Board letter no. 2015/RS(G)/779/5 dated 03/08/2017 and 27/12/2017 and amendments/ revisions thereof.

   Special Conditions: : (1) Bidder shall have a countrywide network of mandatory 4 (four) inspection offices/ Branches in four regions i.e., North, South, East and West India established on or before 1.1.2026 Note: Bidder shall furnish valid documentary evidence (trade licenses/GST Certificate/registration certificate of state govt or valid commercial lease Deed (registered) or valid and notarized rent agreement for commercial use) along with current electricity bills for all these offices in support of the above criteria. (2) The Bidder should not have been barred by the Central Government, any State government, a statutory authority or a public-sector undertaking, from participating in any assignment. (3) All terms and conditions of this contract shall be governed by the Indian Railways General Conditions of Contract for Services 2018 (4) This tender is for engagement of Third Party Inspection agencies for inspection of goods in Indian Railways. The engagement period will be for .Three years (5) Bidder must submit Average Annual Inspection fees received from inspection of Engineering Goods by TPI Agency (6)Bidder must submit details of Inspection fees received against single order for inspection work during last 5 financial years and current year (7) Bidder must submit document for their Geographical presence/location in India and out side India (8) Bidder must submit Curriculum Vitae (CV) of Project Director/Team Leader , GM(Quality Assurance)/Regional Coordinator and details of Graduate Engineers (GE)/Diploma Engineer(DE) with Years of experience (YOE) in testing and inspection Field (9) Bidder should submitt the details of Authorized Inspectors (AI) having certification from ASME/API/ AWS/ NACE/ASNT or equivalent (10) Bidder must submit details of System computerization and Reporting System (11) Bidder must submit documentary evidence of total no. of inspections carried out during any of 3 (three) Financial Years (12) Bidder must submit documentary evidence for response time in releasing inspection certificate from attending the call (13) The bidder agrees to submit a notarized affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper stating that all their statements / documents submitted along with the bid are true and factual

   Bidders are requested to quote inspection services rates for value slab wise the same shall be valid for 36 Months after opening of tender.
