Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, uttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, olumns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and einforcement :1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, ands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and einforcement, with 1:1:2 (1cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. A)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix: (a) 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : a)New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a)Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) In cement mortar

Supply and placing of anchor bolts in sets including fixing departmentally supplied templates including all labours and handling charges and checking with template in line level, plumb etc as required by the Telecom authorities etc. complete.

Exposing top reinforcement of mumty beams by careful chipping of concrete, continuous welding of reinforcement bars of columns to be erected with existing bars of the beam for a minimum anchorage length of 60cm all complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a)Bars of dia 16mm to 25mm (The reofocing bars required for welding will be paid for separately)

Drilling holes in hard granite /RCC using pneumatic precision rotary drill and forming rough side bore holes of uniform size and alignment including making the holes free from debris/dust by flushing etc. and disposal of rubbish as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)25mm

Supplying and filling polyester resin grout of approved quality (Lock-set S) of FOROCK or equivalent in bore holes of specified dia and all-round anchorage reinforcement bar after completely cleaning the holes free from dust including de-greasing anchoring bars and removing any flaky dust if present etc. complete. Resins and catalyses filled to be mixed in one operation. The rate is inclusive of all labor charges and material cost. (a)25mm

Conveyance of tower materials from the stores at KNR BA to the site including loading, unloading, transporting, sorting and stacking all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection of three legged RTT indicated in item No 15 above.

Providing and applying paint of approved specification over the three legged light weight communication tower ( NB ) indicated in item No 16 above. One coat of etch-primer (MRF, Asian paint or equivalent) should be applied first followed by two coats of zinc chromate primer should be applied. Over that two or more coats of enamel paint orange/ white of approved brand and manufacture should be applied.

Providing G I plate earth including excavation of pit of size1500x1500x3000mm depth in all kinds of soils and placing four numbers of GI plates of size 600x600x6 mm thick vertically at diagonally opposite ends in the excavated pit and interconnect in the plates with 25x3mm G I strips with 2 Nos of GI bolts and nuts of 10mm dia at each connection and galvanised iron pipe of 50mm dia ( B Class) and 3000mm length at the center of the GI plate and interconnect pipe at minimum two sides with the connection flat of the GI plates with GI flat of size 25x3 mm with GI bolt and nut and fill the pit upto the depth of 650 mm with charcoal of 20 mm nominal size and the remaining portion of the pit shall be filled with loose soil free from stones and wet the entire soild with water and cover the pit with 600x600x50mm thick precast reinforced cement concrete slab having 75mm dia hole at the centre to pass the GI pipe and construct chamber of internal size

not less than 280x280x250mm with half brick wall including fixing CI manhole cover of size 300x300mm of weight not less than 7.20 Kg. (cover & frame) and plastering the chamber on all sides with cement mortar 1:4 of 12mm thick (1 cement : 4 fine sand) and including disposal of surplus excavated earth if any within a distance of 5 Km lead as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing copper lightening conductor of 1500 mm length 25 mm dia hollow tube of wall thickness not less 1.60 mm including tinning the bottom portion of the spike for the length not less than 150 mm (lightening conductor to be fixed at the centre of the top portion of the tower) and connection in the copper bus bar to the lightening arrester using 2 nos 10 mm dia brass bolts and the nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ring earth including necessary provision for connection earthing for aviation lamp including excavation of trench size 500X1000 mm depth and laying GI flats of size 50X3mm and jointing flats with plate earth vide item number 18 above and jointing at two corners with 2 numbers of 10 mm dia GI bolts and nuts with necessary spring washers and refilling the trenches with the excavated soil free from stones and disposal of surplus soil within 5 km leas as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing G I strips of size 150 sq mm one end connected to the tower leg with G I bolts and nuts including providing and connecting the four legs at the bottom of tower and the other end shall be connected to the G I plate earth/ring earth with G I bolts and nuts including clamping the down lead flat to walls/stems without any sharp bends using necessary clamps and screws as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing GI bus bar of 150 sq. mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/plate earth with 2 Nos of 10 mm dia brass nuts & bolts at connection. The both ends of the bus bar shall be drawn through heat shrink sleeve and shall be shrunk properly. The bus bar shall be clamped to the tower/building walls at uniform interval of 1.5 metre using proper clamps such that the bus bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
