S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws (E-boards) manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, of size 605mmx 605mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including GI snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross members) of size 25mmx 25mmx 1.5mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The GI frame work will be supported on side wall with the used of GI L section of size 25mm x25mmx 1.5mm thick angles etc. snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof roof slabs/trusses etc. by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per intem No. 05 above but refixing only. Note:- Serviceable false ceiling received from item No. 02 above shall be reused.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- necessary scaffolding upto 7m height include in quoted rates.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces and tiles with bedding etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 metres deep and getting out in any type of soil, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m

Sub class 'B' bricks old size, as cable protection cover, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable, on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.
