Painting to the walls with 2 coats of Acrylicemulsion paint of exterior Grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) antain less than 50 Grams per liter of approved brand and shads including one coat of cement primer after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyaance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for External Walls. (Three Coats)

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3 km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but excluding stacking charges etc., complete - 1 Cum.
