Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation frenches within a lead of 50 M. and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing designation 75 A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering shuttering - All works upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand(zone III):4 graded stone concrete 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement - All works upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone III):3 graded stone concrete 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in wall (any thicknes) including attached pillars butteresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc above plinth level up tp floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand(zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : 13.45.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work,including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings,frames,guard bar , ladder, railings , brackets , gates and similar work.

Designing, supply and installation of tensile fabric roof structure with 700 gsm fabric, including cutting, welding, painting, ables, plates, and other necessary hardware equired as per designapproved.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.91.1 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern
