Comperehensive maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance and testing of 40KLD STP complete of following , as per manufacturere's instruction through authorised agency (i e , Air blower & motors , Raw water pump & motors ,filter feed pump & motors ,Treated water pumps & motors, Sludge transfer pumps & motors, Screw pumps & motors , filter press pH and UV system complete & control wiring etc under GE Clement Town Dehradun, a etc. Maintenance will be carried out as under:- (i) Examine suction and exhaust valves in regard smooth operation of STP Plant. (ii) Examine and clean suction filter. (iii) Check of V belt, (iv) Checking oil level & oil seal of air blower and changing oil if required. (v)Tightining of all nut bolts. (vi) Greasing of all points. Note 1 : Labour charges for dismantling/taking down and replacement/fixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor. Note 2 : Spare parts like oil filter fuel filter, Air flter ect. will be measured and paid separately

S& F in replacement of 16A MCB 3 pole, 415 volts 36 kA 50Hz with themal and magnetic release. with new ones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repalcement of single phase preventor suitable for 3 HP submersible/ centrifugal pumps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor by means cutting & removiang existing unservieable winding, cleaning & repair of slots & winding with new insulated copper winding wire of eixsting gauge & size assembling the motor complete testing at workshop and transport at site complete for the following capacities :- 1/2 HP cap.

Lifting of submersible raw water pump set of 1 / 2 HP cap from sump carefully with suction pipe of 40/50 mm dia , along with existing submersible electric cable for reuse as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Lowering of submersible raw water pump set of 1 / 2 HP cap from sump carefully with suction pipe of 40/50 mm dia , along with existing submersible existing submersible electric cable binding with GI/Al wire including making joint to submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- jointing material , nut, bolts, washers shall be inluded in the unit rates quoted by contractor.

M&L for cleaning of raw sewage sump( Equalization tank ) by useing of suction sewage pump and depositing the raw sewage out side of complex , Cleaning of internal surface of ground level sump 20Thousand litters capacity ( size 4.m deep and size 4.43 x 3.59 m by removing silt from internal surfaceof sump writing date of cleaning and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint for the following capacities: Note: (i) Cleaning of tank shall be done through a mechanised water cleaning system. (ii) Mechanized removing of dirty water by high capacity pump set. (iii) Removal of sludge through vaccuum operated pump. (iv) The work shall be executed through reputated specialized water tank cleaner as approved by Eng in charge.
