Supply & Fix 5 KVA capacity Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally colled indoor type designed for input 170V to 250V with output voltage stablized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and with time delay complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Model No. VG 500 of V Guard or equivalent in Voltas/Volina/AE

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor cable of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated and unsheathed drawn through and including suitable size PVC casing/capping with all accessories fixed to walls/ceiling including one run of 4 Sqmm FRLS copper (insulated) cable as earth continuity conductor including complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable and PVC casing/capping shall be measured one unit length.

Supply and fixing metal clad switch socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete in sheet metal enclosure with one single pole MCB 20Amps, 240 volts curve C all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells Cat no. DHDPUSN020/DHDPUDP020/equivalent in ABB/Schneider. NOTE: MCB shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 240/415 Volts, 20 Amps, breaking capacity of 10 KA, 'C' Curve complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm bore 3 layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-PP-R Pipe shall be connected to existing down pipe having a height upto 36 M from the ground level, Necessary arrangements to made platform for installation of pipe (safety measures of workers) along the existing wall/Coloum of high rise building (Upto G+8Floors) including provn of suitable Clamps for fixing pipe along coloumn, etc. Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the rate.

Supply and fixing microprocessor based 3.5 digit electronic water level indicator suitable for OH tank installed in high rise building (G+8 floors), any capacity to measure water level in terms of percentage from 10% to 100% with over flow buzzer alarm indication consisting of micro controlled DPM converters and buffers including touch plate sensors to serve signals of water level to main micro processor unit comprising of 11 sensors, (10 No for level measurement and 1 for common level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 05 Pair DC cabling with suitable cable as per site requirement including provision of suitable approved GI Support wire to cross the high rise building of G+8 floors and connected to the water level indicator sensor installed in Pump House Building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Tee suitable for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 50 to 75 mm bore pipe including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Ball brass valves 25 mm, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of posts/ struds, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying unplasticised PVC pipes (SCH-80)150mm with all necessary fittings and accessories along to wall/ column/ trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing down pipe having 160mm dia and inserting new Tee to make inter connection to new pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structral steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including one primer coat one under coat one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install , test and commissioning of water cooled diesel engine driven generator of 10KVA/8KW capacity 415 volt 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycle per second, 1500 RPM engine as per IS 4722 and IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13354, Engine type TCAC salient type (having acoustic enclosure canopy approved by MOEF/CPCB norms sound level 75 db at one meter from enclosure surface in free field conditions as per ISO 8528 mounted on common base frame including speedometer, ignition key in duplicate, lubrication oil, pressure gauge, exhaust pipe, fuel tank of 12 Hours running capacity with mounting arrangements etc including suitable size PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation (leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines with the following accessories:- (a) The engine (Prime Mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection , 2 cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving minimum 16 HP to drive alternator capable of delivering 8 KW /10 KVA) at outdoor atmospheric conditions at fort kochi.by taking all derating factor into consideration, 12 Volt as per manufacturer recommendations electric battery start, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with techometer, lubricating oil temperature, pressure guage and frequency meters ans also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with mechanical governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lubricating oil, oil pressure over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc.

(b) The alternator: shall be of Three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF at 415 volts, 1500 RPM. Capable of delivering 10 KVA coupled to diesel engine mentioned in (a) above. (c) IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (c)BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design/specifications. Notes: 1. The contractor shall provide CPCB approval, pollution noise, emmisions approval, manufacture test report of all major items, load test report, before delivery of DG Set at site etc. required for operation of DG set. 2. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of following:- (i) cost of trolley as per the manufacturers instruction and suitable for 10 KVA salient type DG set. (ii) Adequate earthing rod 03 Nos removable provision with required cables should be provided with DG set as per site requirement. (iv) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process. the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1M at 75% load under field condition and ox,70DB at 3M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load. (v) Foundation/Plinth/Base: shall be provided as per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 0.5m space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M (vi) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set. (vii) MISC : Tool kit, Operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using four single core PVC insulated cable (HR & FR) 10 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and two 10 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (HR & FR) using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size PVC Casing and Caping complete all as specified and directed. Note : 6 runs of 10 Sqmm cable alongwith PVC casing/ capping shall be measured one unit length.

Supply and fix onload change over switch 415 volt in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells Cat part No IHBFFE0063 or Equivalent in Schenider/ ABB
