Restoration of Rain damages to various LWSS under Jal Shakti Sub Division Majheen in Tehsil Majheen

Construction of RCC over head storage tank of 40000 Ltrs. Capacity (2 Nos) with 10.00 mtrs. Staging height from groud level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet, scour & over flow pipes as per details given below from ground level to tank including bends of required degrees, valves of required size conforming to relevant codes RCC Sprial 1.0 wide stair case/ MS stair case including GMS pipe railing as per IS specification, steel ladder 45 cms. wide of usual height as per site requirement, SFRC manhole cover (medium duty) of 500mm dia and weight of frame and cover should not be less than 110 kg. ventilator at top dome with minimum opening of 90x90cms. water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc. The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven expose surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component requuired for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The offers shall also include detail structural drawing/ design calcualtions to be approved by the competent authority based on the raft foundation by taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site. The offer shall also inclcude the cost of providing and fixing of Gms/MS pipes, and valves/ fittings complete including duck foot bends, puddle collars, expansion joints etc. connecting with rising main & distribution main with required length from the edge of foundation and any other components required for the completion of job upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Dia of piping arrangement:-Inlet Pipe =100 mm Dia Outlet pipe = 100 mm G.I. pipe Scour pipe =Not less than 100 mm dia G.I. pipe.

Removal of choked filter media from filter bed upto a lead of 20mtrs and disposing of unserviceable material stacking the serviceable material and neatly dressing in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Prov. form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish i/e centring, shuttering, strutting & propping etc. ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mts. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :- Vertical Walls

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in: Vertical Wall

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level :complete in all respect.

Precast concrete block masonry in partitions walls 10 cm. thick with solid blocks of approved size i/c quion block closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal & down gauged) in CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 Sand)

Providing placing in horizontal layers old filtering media dully graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer in Charge. Top Layer: Fine Sand (Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40mm and uniformity coefficient 2.00 to 3.00)

Providing placing in horizontal layers old filtering media dully graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer in Charge. Second Layer: Coarse Sand 3mm-6mm (new)
