S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with suitable arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC water storage tank cylindrical,triple layer vertical with closed top with threaded cover hoisted and fixed in position tank capacity 500 Ltr with and including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm bore of iron pipe and making connection for inlet and outlet and 20mm tank nipple (min weight 45gm) suitable for HDPE water tank including dismantle of old water tank and removing from site. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry/stone slabs built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down plastering from brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

S & F MS work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width & girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality)over a coat of red oxid primer. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preapration of old concrete surface or unplastered surafces with complete removal of existing treatment of kerb stone and the like and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of primer base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces on walls and applying one coat of cement base paint by scrapping the surface & leveling the undulated surface wtih putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for grass and devris removal incluidng small tress, shrubs from top of buildings and thrown out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises
