Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/sub base finished rough to receive floor finishes/screed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x6 to 7mm thick in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface laid over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut prepolished kota stone slabs in single piece as in treads/risers of steps etc, 20 to 25 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 backing/screed, including chipping of steps wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting, dado, risers etc, 20 to 25 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs as in steps, cooking platform etc and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting, grinding, rubbing and wax polishing to existing kota stone flooring/skirting to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment with PCC padding including debris, cement mortar and felt, cleaning the surface by hacking and removing demolished materials outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/sub base finished rough to receive floor finishes/screed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 18.00 Contd........ (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) paneled door shutters single panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. marine grade plywood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710 or 12mm thick particle board veneered with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) glazed and skeleton, open rebated, prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered and rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8, clause 8.20(a) and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) glazed and skeleton, open rebated, prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered and rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8, clause 8.20(b) and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600mm x 6.0 mm, buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4 dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 15 mm bore light grade GI tubing for protection of earth wire, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type 75 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinfored with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spolis to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 and complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) Irrespective of whatever is shown in plate No 5 of SSR, earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and precast cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with suitable handle. (b) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth wire and earth wire upto 7.5 m. Any variation below or above shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Sch ‘A’.

M&L 50 mm bore Steel water tubing, light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc as protection to cables, with and including necessary MS clamps, nuts botls, washers etc required for fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable PVC insulated armoured and XLPE PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, including disconnecting and taking out existing cable, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L dry clean Sand filling in trenches around underground cables for earth cushion, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Depth of sand shall be measured after punning.

Supplying and laying pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), laid flat adjoining each other as in protection to UG cables, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting for passing 50 mm bore GI pipe, depth of cutting 200 mm and making good the disturbed road portion with PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Ceiling fan 1200 mm Sweep, 220 Volts AC, 50 Hz with and including PVC insulated three core 23/.0076 copper cable for connection, rubber insulated from ceiling rose to ceiling fan, complete with all accessories such as canopies, down rod, fan blades etc. and writing MES No with black synthetic enamel paint 2.0 cm high, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep, 1400 RPM, metal body, complete with condenser and mounting from and regulator including providing/cutting the round hole of required size in the wall finishing the same supply and grouting the ragged bolt in wall, fixing the frame and exhaust fan including supply and fixing the louver shutter with frame on the exhaust side (outer surface of the wall) and connecting PVC insulated twisted twin core 23/0.0076 copper conductor flexible PVC insulated cable of required length from connector/ceiling rose to fan motor and engraving and painting with black synthetic enamelled paint MES number upto 2.5 cm high including testing and commisioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, column footings or for laying cables etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
