Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. diameter and upto 7.5 cm. diameter. (Dia. to be measured at mid length).

Driving bamboo pins in standing or flowing water including scaffolding and driving appliances. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bamboo wailing pieces (av. dia. of bamboo not less than 5.0 cm.)

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag. (capacity 50 kg).

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150 gm /sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Supplying fitting, fixing Darma mat in flowing or stagnant water or in dry areas with 16 SWG GI wire as per direction of the Engineerr-in-charge. A) Where boats are not necessary

Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old existing unserviceable damaged gate shutter of canal/river completely after disengaging from hoisting system completely for installation of new gate shutter. The work includes cutting of gates into suitable pieces by gas cutting ,removing the same by mechanical means or suitable crane, stacking all the pieces at the suitable place or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a lead of 1000 m. The cost includes cost of man power employed for dismantling and cost of consumables like oxygen, accetylene gas, welding rod, hire charges of machinaries, like chain pulley block , gas set , grinding machine,welding set, tools & tackles , scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading . The cost of complete dismantling of hoisting system & cost of old unserviceable materials handed over to Departmental godown including loading & unloading will be provided extra . a) Gate shuteer size upto 4.00 sq.m

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Canal/River as per IS: 5620 - 2000/Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizantal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle , channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). i) Width of Gate shutter size upto 2 metre

Oiling greasing of headstock assembly (for screw hoist ystem) of regulator gates of canal/ river by cleaning, checking, reasing, screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust bearing, guide channel, etc including all charges of man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling greasing and fixing of missing nut & bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job as per direction o: EIC"

Applying two coats of anti corrosive EPOXY paint (black) of approved make and brand to sluice gates only after preparing the surface by rough sand blasting. (to be considered after prior permission of the Engineer-in-charge.)

Supplying fillting fixing of ss (AISI 304) bolts, nut & washer (i) dia 10 mm to 20 mm b) Length above 75 mm upto 150 mm
