CERTAIN REPAIR TO FLOORING, WALL AND FALSE CEILING AT NORTH SIDE OF RUNWAY IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc. 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces including complete removal of old existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls, finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in levelling course, finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 9mm to 10mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
