RECANING OF WOODEN CHAIRS M&L for removing old unserviceable plastic cane form wooden chair and providing new white colour plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide 0.40mm thick for weaving and 4mm wide plastic cane of 0.60mm thick for border work suitable for following description of chairs( weaving shall be Godrej pattern) and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as shown on drg .

REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE FD-220

Removing old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and S & F 12mm thick BWR Gde plywood commercial type of size 1980x900mm to charpoy GI pipe frame by providing 03 Nos of flat Iron at equal distance size 40mm wide X 6mm thick and length shall be provided by existing charpoy GI and flat Iron shall be fixedt tightly to Chapoy GI with the help of suitable nut,bolt & washer of size 62-65 mm & 6 mm dia by drilling holes into GI Pipe alongwith any welding if required . The plywood shall be fixed on the charpoy by drilling 16 Nos holes (03 Nos on each long rail, 2 Nos on each Short rail & 2 nos on each iron flat) & fixing with nut bolt along with suitable washers of size 62-65mm and 6mm thick and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .Make of Plywood :- Greenply/Kitply/Century ply.

M&L for removing unserviceable three way elbow 32 mm dia and S & F new three way elbow 32 mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) and all as shown on drg.

M&L for removing unserviceable check nuts of 32 mm dia and S & F new check nuts 32mm dia 6mm thick of best quality and all as shown on drg.

M&L for removing the threadless/broken long rails from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia and supply and fix new long rail made of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade 1.88 mtr long threaded at both ends and fix to existing three way elbow 32 mm dia and all as shown on drg.(GI pipe Make: TATA/Jindal/Prakesh).

Taking out existing old broken short rail from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in position 2 Nos short rails made out of old broken long rail obtained from taking down above item No. 5.04 ncluding threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg. ( Note : U/s check nuts to be replaced in above item & measured and paid as supply only under relevent item).

Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in 1 Nos new legs in position made out of old broken short rails obtained from taking down above item No. 5.05 and S&F 3mm thick 40mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and including threading on top portion end complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for removing the old unserviceable Nylon Newar from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia and Supply & reweaving with white colour new nylon newar 50 to 55mm wide closely double knitted and complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. (Weight of nylon newar shall not be less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy). Make of Nylon Newar shall be of KONARK/USHA/ DCM/ MANGALDEEP/STAR

M & L Welding to the dislocated iron flats of charpoy GI pipe earlier converted to Plywood top to the long / short rails

M & L removing old unserviceable plywood /MDF board top from the Charpoy GI pipe and S & F with new 12mm thick BWR Gde plywood commercial type of size 1980x900mm and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Maske of plywood :- Greenply/Kitply/Century ply.

REPAIR OF CHAIR VARANDAH :-FD-256/259/359

M & L for removing broken/ unserviceable cane from both seat & back of Chair Varandah and Recanning the same with best quality plastic cane 5mm wide and 0.60 mm thick of approved make after cleaning throughly all the surfaces of chair including required welding work for broken frame whereever required and redusting and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and providing suitable hard rubber shoes 4 Nos approved quality for each chair and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
