NOTE: The rate quoted shall includes for desk studies for design of stone embankment of jetty through central water and power research station Pune and execution of stone embankment work as per the design parameters recommended by the agency and approved by CE(CG)Goa. The brief scope of work is as under: a) Length of damaged embankment 230m b) Height of embankment 20m c) Type of stones used are Class 'C' stones upto 500kg and Class 'B' stones 500kg and above.

Demolition of cement concrete on roofs, floors(other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, platform, shelves and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level)

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and any size.

Supplying and laying rubble stone weighing exc 10Kg but not exc 100 Kg (class 'C') in the section of break water or such other structure as per drawing or as directed including quarrying, blasting, loading at quarry site, transporting, unloading at work site and arranging in layers with the help of crane of required capacity etc. complete with all labour, machinery, royalty, quarry lease charges etc.

M&L RCC M-30 using 20mm graded aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like any thickness above top footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and directed.
