Supply & installation of ESE Air Terminal: External wide area , early streamer emission (ESE), type lighting arrestor made of robust 304L stainless steel. It is self sustaining with a NI-MH battery and ETFE solar cells on board and in full compliance of the protection radius ( 79 mtrs) worked out as per rolling sphere concept & test standred stated in NFC 17 102 appendix C, it is capable of polarizing the tip with a voltage of 35 KV to 45 KV , synchronized with an approching lighting and triggering a powerful upward streamer into the air, with average time gain of 3-60 microseconds earlier than naturally formed stremers. The lighting arrestor must be able to be cheked by a hand held remote teletester for its opeativeness and must be CPRI tested in india apart from approval from international high voltage Laboratory of ALSTOM. Supply & installation of Support Conductor: Support mast of 5 mtr of robust design, made with 40 mm dia, class C MS pipe duly galvanised with minimum 85 micron zinc coating , along with all accessories like clamps, saddles, holding arrangement to fix the must to the building/ structure at hightest point.
Supply & installation of Down Conductor: 25x3 mm GI strip connecting Air terminal to the earth pit incl. clamps, saddles, and other required accessories. (Actula quantity will be as site condition).
The earthing will be maintenance free chemical earthing using copper coated steel rods 16 mm dia 2.4 mtr long and using ground enhanceing , artificail soil treatment chemical compound, TEREC + & Earthcon, having essential chemical, expension chemicals, diffusion chemical and hygroscopic chemicsal to provide stable low resistance in the earth terminal to make it maintenace free as per IEEE 80-2000 14.5d clasue.
Supply and installation of flash counter Flash counter to count the numbers of lighitng strikes arrested by the ESE lighting arrester. Tested as CPRI labrotary.
