REPAIR AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TO 10 NOS OF LIFTS INSTALLED AT MD ACCN AT VSN GANDHINAGAR

All as per item No 1 above but, for 8 passengers lifts (2 Nos lifts)

All as per item No 3 above but, for 8 passengers lifts (3 Nos lifts)

Note - for item No 1 to 4 : (i) Contractor should make AMC with OEM only, any requisite electrical/ machenical parts for above mentioned lifs or any other parts also are to be repair/replaced as & when it become unserviceable as per terms & conditions of omega/ Thyssen under the AMC 'A' type contract, any cost of material & labour charge will not be paid extra . (ii) Any other material become un serviceable which is not in the scope of AMC 'A' type contract is also to be repaired/replaced timely to run the lift smoothely without any extra cost to Govt. . (iii) The terms & conditions of this AMC as applicable as given in Annexure I & II by OMEGA and thyssen krupp (iv) The comprehensive maintenance inclusive of inspection/testing/preventive maintenance replacement of unsv parts/material including labour, transportaton. (v) the complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaints/failure from the time of receipt of same . (vi) Contractor shall rectify the defects with in 24 hrs after receipt of complaints , thereafter recovery Rs 1000/- per hrs will be charged from contractor till functioning of lift and repair of lift by other agency, the repair cost should be made by contractor in presence of Eng-in-Charge. (vii) The schedule A consists of comprehensive maintenance of lifts (viii) The load testing of lifts ie 8 passenger and 13 passenger shall be carried out as per standard norms of OMEGA/thyssen and hand over certificate to the department without any extra cost to Govt.. (ix) Contractor has to tie up with civil authority for lift license and he will be responsible to renewal of lift license without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply and fix in repair fan of lift cabin, removing the old one and fixing of new fan as per existing including all electrical connection& testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in repair of cabin light of lift 10 watt, removing the old one and fixing of new light as per existing including all electrical connection& testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in repair of cabin LED light SMT 0701 ,removing the old one and fixing of new light as per existing including all electrical connection& testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in repair of UPS 01 KVA of lift as per existing site,removing the old one and fixing of new UPS including all electrical connection& testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in repair of UPS 1.5 KVA, smart online UPS line interactive with internal batteries of lift Thyssen Krupp as existing at site, removing the old one and refixing the serviceble UPS as present on site of thyssen krupp for smooth factioning of lifts.

Supply and fix in repair of UPS 3 KVA smart online UPS line interactive with internal batteries of lift Thyssen Krupp as present at site, removing the old one and fixing of new UPS including all electrical connection& testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in repair of batteries of capacity 12 Volt and 7 AH of lift UPS device , removing the old one and refixing the serviceble batteries as existing on site of thyssen krupp or Omega for smooth factioning of lifts with4 yrs warranty.

Supply and fix in repair of broken display LOP of lift, removing the old one and refixing the serviceble display as existing on site of thyssen krupp or Omega for smooth factioning of lifts as directed by Engg - in -charge

S&F in repair of MCB DP 'C' type 240 V,50 Hz,10 KA of capacity 6- 32 Amp as suitable for lift panel and as directed by Engg - in -charge

S&F in repair of MCB TPN 'C' type 240 V,50 Hz,10 KA of capacity 40 Amp as suitable for lift panel and as directed by Engg - in -charge

S&F in repair of MCB TPN 'C' type 240 V,50 Hz,10 KA of capacity 63 Amp as suitable for lift panel and as directed by Engg - in -charge

S&F in repair of RCCB 'A' type DP 240 V,50 Hz,10 KA of capacity 25 Amp and 30mA as suitable for lift panel and as directed by Engg - in -charge

S&F in repair of RCCB 'A' type FP 240 V,50 Hz,10 KA of capacity 40 Amp and 300mA as suitable for lift panel and as directed by Engg - in -charge

S&F in repair of RCCB 'A' type FP 240 V,50 Hz,10 KA of capacity 25 Amp and 300mA as suitable for lift panel and as directed by Engg - in -charge

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm GI strip upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts,nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel providing alternate layer of charcoal dust and salt providing alternate layer of charcoal and salt providing alternate layer of charcoal and salt providing alternate layer of charcoal and salt all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to test point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata, Construction of earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR-I including CI frame and CI cover 10mm thick of size 300mmx300mm funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm dia bore (medium grade), PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc. including testing on completing including GI protection pipe 40mm dia medium grade for earthing lead complete all as specified and directed including taking out unserviceable earthing. Note : Earth strip and protection pipe up 7.5 Mtr is deemed to be included with unit rate of item.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip all as specified and directed by eng in charge.
