Providing FSSM Co Treatment System for Joginder Nagar in Distt Mandi HP SH Establishment of FSSM Co- Treatment System Capacity 21.21 KLD along with existing sewerage treatment plant

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required with in all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcemnment for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcemnment for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation , footing, bases of column & the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. thick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i /c binding wire complete up to floor two level complete with in all lead & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1: 3 ( 1 cement : sand) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting,hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint :-In grating, framed ,guards,bars,ladders, railing,brackets & similar works with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge

Providing, lowering, laying and jointing HDPE pipe ( confirming to PE 80 PN 8 DN 160 IS 14333 : 1996 ) in proper position by butt fusion joining procedure including hydraulic testing as per relevant IS code, complete with all material for joining procedure like btt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jacj, top loading clamp etc pump and accessories for hydraulic testing and all labours as directed by Engineer in charge as confirming to IS- 7634 ( Part-II) : 2012 ammended upto date as per the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified for SDB as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge

Cost of covering for sludge drying bed with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respects as per IS 8329-2900 class K7 dimensions weight and test pressure in all respect and as per latest amendments or Edition with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.. 150 mm dia K-7

Providing and jointing tyton ( Push on joints) to Ductlie iron pipe and fitting inluding testing of the joints, cost of rubber gasket ( EDPM quality) conforming to IS 3382 latest edition/ ammendments complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts and as per per latest ammendments of edition. 150 mm

Providing and fixing all socket DI tee/ cross as per IS 8329 or latest additional ammendments including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. 150 mm dia

Providing and fixing cast iron sluce valve confirming to IS ( IS: 148846-2000). As per the satisfaction of the Engineer in cahrge. 150 mm dia

Sluage pumps ( Centrifugal) non clog centrifugal pumps of 15 m3/hr capacity for 12-20 m dynamic head. However actual pump conbinations will be decided by characteristic curve aupplied by the manufactutrer which also ensures tripping period of each pump is not less than 5 minutes, KSB, Kirlosker, Mather 8 Piatt, Jyoti as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Water Sluage pumps ( Centrifugal) non clog centrifugal pumps of 10- 15 m3/hr capacity for 12-20 m dynamic head. However actual pump conbinations will be decided by characteristic curve aupplied by the manufactutrer which also ensures tripping period of each pump is not less than 5 minutes, KSB, Kirlosker, Mather 8 Piatt, Jyoti as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Sluice valves and NRVs, bends, 100mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, Kirlosker, IVC, KSB, Upadhya ( Culcutta) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Sludge dewatering system ( screw press) with all necessary arrangements with 3 m3/hr capacity as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Control pannel, L & T componenets as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cable, RR/Havells as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Installation, Testing & commissioning as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
