The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work). NOTE:-Tenderers/bidders are advised to vist the site and quote their rate accordingly and no claim whatsoever in this regard shall be admissible at any later stage.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortor including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete & removal as specified.

M & L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

All as Per item No. 11 above but half brick CM 1:4

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl racking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified

M&L preparing newly or previously plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing, any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in barbed wire of etc complete all as directed.

Excavation in post hole(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

Mild steel Framed work with square / rectangular hollow section , angle iron, MS flat etc such as ornamental grills, gratings etc . with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Design of Grill,Gate and others similar works approved by GE & Users)

S & F Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11 to 15(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long.

S&F 150 x 100mm x 4mm chain link fencing including line wires any type including provision of binding wire all as per specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 stranad steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbed at 75 mm spacing s and straing and fixing to any type of standard rail strain -ing Bolt , including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pine etc complete all as specified & directed

S& F in repairs 600 mm dia Mild steel punched tape Concertina Coil as per IS 4454 with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS - 513 deep drawn quality with galvanised coating, having medium barbs (barb length 24+1 mm, Pitch between two barbs 35 + 1 mm) fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post, stretched to a length of 8 to 10 m to achive 600 mm dia as in fencing to steel post and to another coil / MS ribs including fixing with special galvanised fasterners such as 'J' clips, 'C' clips, 'U, clips all as spe-cified and directed . Note : After stretching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete as in ground floors, lintel, plinth beam ,pillar ,RCC jalli etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast RCC louvers and jallies 25 mm thick(measured soild)incl all mouldings but excluding frame type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm gr aggr and set in cement mortar 1:4

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs,coocking slab,shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4(Note : Reinforce shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hoping ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified

Demolition of P.C.C. of any description as in bed of drain, ground floor or pavings etc n-exc 15cm thick below or above the ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L P.C.C. 1:3:6 type C2 (with using 40mm graded shingle) as in bed of drain including forming channels complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (with using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in benching to drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type C1 ,1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection,path etc finished the surface even and fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4 )(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb , coping, benching ,coving rounded or chamfered edges,hold fast block, , etc complete as directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles complete.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300 X 300mm X 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, set and jointed in CM (1:4) with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of debris to out side the premises to a distance of 5 KM all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
