Periodical Maintenance such as replacement of Engine Oil, Oil filter, Air filter and diesel filter, cleaning of air filters, replacement of water hose, cleaning of filter housing etc of Make: Kirloskar diesel engine generating sets including replacement of rusted and defective nuts, bolts, and washers etc as required at site of following capacity, in a quarterly duration all as directed. Note: (i) Spares (Oil and filters) required for maintenance of DG set will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Periodical maintenance/ servicing of DG Set shall to be carried out at every 250 hrs to maintain the serviceability of DG Set.

Material and labour for caliberation of fuel injection pump by authorised dealer with replacement of worn out parts, testing and commissioning complete including alignment, plunger, packing kit, spring delivery valve etc. required to make the pump serviceable of DG set of capacity 100 KVA to 125 KVA. (The item rate includes transportation of pump from site to dealers workshop and back).

Material and labour for caliberation of fuel injection pump by authorised dealer with replacement of worn out parts testing and commissioning complete including alignment, plunger, packing kit, spring delivery valve etc. deemed to be required to make the pump serviceable of DG set of capacity 200 KVA. (The item rate includes transportation of pump from site to dealers workshop and back).

M&L for removing the radiator after disconnecting from engine, opening the parts of radiator for servicing and repairing/ replacement of unserviceable minor parts including brazing/ welding of DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA. Note : (The rate deemed to be included transportation of radiator from site to wksp and back to site for refixing the radiator).

Supply and fixing of Turbo Charger Assy of capacity 125KVA to 200KVA DG set incl taking down old u/sTurbo Charger complete all as specified.

Material and labour repair to self starter of 50 KVA to 125 KVA DG set including taking out burnt winding, rewinding the same and replacment of burn out parts carbon, brushes etc. Note : The rates deemed to be incl transpotation of self startor from site /store to workshop and back to site /store.

Supply and fixing Water Pump Assy of DG set capacity 100 KVA to125 KVA.

Supply and fix flywheel ring gear for 125 KVA DG set

S&F in repair of lead acid power pack unit (battery bank) and replacement of maintenance free 12 volts 180AH capacity battery pack unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement electric heating element of 3 KW suitable for thermostat housing of Solar water heater 200 litre capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement electric heating element of 4 KW suitable for thermostat housing of Solar water heater of capacity above 200 litre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement thermostat switch for Solar water heater of 200-500 litres capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L Descaling of solar panel of 200/500 litres capacity.

M&L brazing/welding to hot water storage tank of solar water heater 200-500 litre capacity made of stainless steel (IA SI-304) 1.6 mm thick all as directed.

S & F in Replacement PVC hose pipe for Solar water heating system 300 litres capacity including clamps , washers, bolts etc where-ever required complete all as directed.

Supply and fix aluminum sheet 1mm thick for Hot water tank of any capacity of Solar water heater system including nuts, bolts etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade 15 mm bore including all fittings such as elbows union sockets etc on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade 20 mm bore including all fittings such as elbows union sockets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement GI nipple 15mm bore 8" long for Hot water tank for solar water heating system of capacity 200 litres.

Supply and fix as in replacement GI nipple 20mm bore 8" long for Hot water tank for solar water heating system of capacity 200 litres.

Supply and fix in replacement anchor bolt 12mm x 100mm long complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement solar flat plate collector with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement solar heating iron tank of size 200 LPD capacity with heat exchanger including necessary connections ,fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement solar heating iron tank of size 500 LPD capacity with heat exchanger including necessary connections ,fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glass wool /Rock wool for insulation of solar water heater complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Lagging to pipes all round with,25min thick bonded mineralwool preformed ‘SNAP ON’pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS, aluminium cladding for insulation of solar water heater complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Mild steel framed work for SWH stand, (made out of rolled section), cut to shape including bending and welding as necessary with complete accessories required for fixing of solar water heater hold fast conforming to Fe-310-O including tarring to the surface come in contact with the concrete or masonry work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV LT panel from the site and make good to complete disturbed sufaces all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply, installation, commissioning piller box outdoor type IP 66 protection fabaricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated and angle of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 prewired from CPRI approved manufacturer complete with following (a) MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amp on Load (b) Bus bar chamber with Alluminium Bus bar three phase and neutral cap 200 Amp

Supply and fix in replacement CHLORINE TEST KIT with all testing fitments and OT solution in Rexene finish box.Make as per existing or as approved by GE.

Material & labour rewinding of 3 phase 415 volts electric motor of capacity 3 to 5 HP with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge, cotton tape, leatherised strips, varnish, complete including taking down all connections and testing after installation at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN , 16 KA breaking capacity, 100 Amp adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including suitable thimble nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.Make as per existing or as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN , 36 KA breaking capacity, 160 Amp adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including suitable thimble nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN , 25 KA breaking capacity, 200 Amp adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including suitable thimble nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and examining of existing decrin doser/chloronome plant (Full Vacuum Chlorinator type Make : Toshcon Jesco) installed at various water supply installation under GE (U) Ambala Cantt regularly as and when required to rectify the defects immediately as and when noticed in plants. Note : Replacement of spare parts of same make and type shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix in replacement PVC measuring glass holder (wall mounting) with measuring glass range 25-500 gms all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per existing.

M & L surface dressing not exceeding 15 cms deep by cutting/removing of bushes, vegetations/trimming of trees all around the installation, water storage tanks, panels and bore well including clearing of drains from mud/vegetations clearing the site and burning the waste materials in the presence of Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement inlet valve assembly consisting of 1 filter 4 O rings, 2 valve sheets, 2 balls, 1 joint washer & 1 screw all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make as per existing.

Supply & Fix in replacement standrad venturi system suitable for cylinder mounted chloronome plants with fixing arrangement PVC TEE for fixing in the pipe line complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per existing.

Supply & fix in replacement Non Return Valve for cylinder mounted gaseous chloronome plant all as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make as per existing.

Supply & fix in replacement maintenance kit for non return valve (back stop) consisting of 2 ‘O’ ring and 1 ball all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement rubber coupling complete with CI part of booster pump of capacity upto 5 HP all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only synthetic insulation mat of size 2mtrx1mtrx25 mm all as specified and directed by Engr- In- charge

Supply only Electric shock treatment/first aid wall chart(50x75 Cm) with rollers in Hindi and English combined complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply only fire safety chart(50x75 Cm) with rollers in Hindi and English combined complete all as speciifed and directed.

Dismantling Old UNSV earthing & Providing Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600 x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No3 of SSR Part I. Connected to earthing test point testing complete including necessary earth pit chamber PCC 1: 3: 6 type C1, and 50mm thick RCC 1 : 2: 4 chamber cover and with 8mm dia mild steel re-enforcement of 15Cm C/C spacing both ways with a handle made of 8 mm bar for fitting, galvanised iron funnel, wire mash watering pipe GI 20 mm dia light grade, and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40mm dia up to 7.5m from the earth plate electrode, excavation, charcoal and common salt mixed refilling of soil etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix thimble copper/brass eye suitable for cable upto 70sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing piller box outdoor type IP 66 protection fabaricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 prewired from CPRI approved manufacturer complete with Bus bar three phase and neutral of suitable size for 200 A complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/disconnecting the worn out winding of alternator starter of 100 KVA DG set by moving and shifting the stater to the workshop including winding the stater with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including insulating material and varnish etc complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement automatic star delta starter with single phase preventer,RYB indicator,voltmeter and ammeter 415 volt 3 phase suitable for 50 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

S& fix in replacement DOL starter 415 volt 3 phase suitable for 05/7.5 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 100 KVA DG Set Make Cummins and taken it to civil Workshop and back after make the DG set in serviciable condition and fixed it into its original positon, testing the DG set on load upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. Defective parts shall be measured and paid under respective items of Sch . 2.Transpotation charges deemed in quoted rates . 3.Old and U/S parts shall be the contractors property and recovered as credit Sch attached.)

Repair to cylinder head assy. by cutting, grinding and polishing of valve , seats and fixing of valve, valve guide and pressure testing of cylinder head.

Labour for Injector nozzle calibration and replacement of burnt out parts complete.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying of pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.(Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left over the trench)

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

M & L providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

Supply & laying in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4.0 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacment of GI pipe 50 light grade for protection of cable in road,drain crossing complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement MCB SPN DB 02 way single door 240 V with MCB SPN 25 A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FR ,stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in Existing PVC rigid non metallic concealed conduit 25 mm dia/casing caping of suitable size incl 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FR stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement on load change over, 160 A with enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 38059.67 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
