THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE UNDER TAKEN WORK ORDERS OF AT LEAST MAJOR TISSUE LAMINATION AND BINDING JOBS WORTH 10.00LAKHS FOR EACH OF THE LAST 3 YEARS FROM ANY STATE GOVT/ CENTRAL GOVT DEPARTMENT/ PRIVATE AGENCY.

THE COMPANYSHOULD PRODUCE AN AFFIDAVIT ON STAMPAPER IN ORIGINAL STATING THAT COMAPNY IS NOT LACKLISTED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA OR ANY OF ITS AGENCIES OR BY CENTRAL/ ANY STATE/ UT GOVERNMENT OR ITS AGENCIES FOR INCLUDING IN CORRUPT OR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES OR FOR INCLUDING IN UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE AS 31ST JULY 2026.

Certificate of establishment of corporation/firm/company should be enclosed with the application.

Audited Balance sheet statement and Income Tax returns of the company for the last three years should be enclosed along with the application.

Auditors certificate in original regarding company's last three years turnover along with turnover for the category for which applied must be furnished.
