Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified & directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Taking up or down CI/ GI pipe 100 mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down CI/ GI pipe 80 mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised steel tubing, 100 mm dia, medium grade, with all fittings & fixtures complete, laid in trenches and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Galvanised steel tubing, 100 mm dia, medium grade, with all fittings & fixtures complete, fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Mild steel flange, heavy duty having wall thickness 12 mm suitable for 100 mm dia GI pipe including necessary rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc, welding exceeding 9 mm but not exceeding 20 mm and securing properly with pipe all as specified and directed.

3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover with angle iron frame of size 50 X 50 X 5mm and necessary locking arrangement, mild steel sheet cover provided with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out unservicable cover complete all as specified.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from 500/1000 Litre tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including one coat of black paint on previously marked date and writing the tank cleaning date on outer side of the tank with white paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any leakage or breakage to Water tank/ Float valve/ GI pipe at the time of cleaning, the same shall be replaced by contractor at his risk and cost. No extra payment on this account shall be admissible to contractor.

Cleaning of filter bed (filter bed size 14.6m x 6.6m x 3m) chamber by taking out the sand and gravel layers complete duly disconnecting the inlet connections and alternate arrangementfor bypass connection from receving point to clean water sump without distubing the water supply for charri camp with cleaning washing and refixing as per existing and disconnecting the inlet and refix and commissioning complete all as directed.

Supply only to replacing old filter media with HCL free river sand of size 1.5mm to 5mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Filter media sand shall be collected from nearest river.

Removing old filter media such as sand to a distance exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 30cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning away all grass, vagetation bushes, wood under growth roots of trees and removing of rubbish, 60 cms on both sides of pipe from water supply collection poit to pump house all as specified.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (both ends) (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 100 mm bore including taking out the old unservicable valve, all as specified.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (both ends) (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 80 mm bore including taking out the old unservicable valve, all as specified.

80 mm bore cast iron air release valve (H type) conforming to IS-14845 with double air outlet valve having flanged ends with SS spindle suitable to mount on GI mains, flanged joints including 10 mm dia nuts, bolts, washers and 3 mm thick rubber gasket including taking out the old unservicable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joint for pipes of 100 mm dia including lead and spun yarn including taking out the old leads complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joint for pipes of 80 mm dia including lead and spun yarn including taking out the old leads complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of roads/floor/plinth/drain for taking out/laying of GI pipe of any type and size including cnecessary earth work and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old brunt ot winding wire from chlorine dosing motor suitable for 3 phase, 0.37KW, 50 Hz and rewinding with suitable size of new winding wire of same gauge includig varnishing, heating , becking, removing remelting, welding, grinding and rethreading, complete all as specified.

4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified. Note: The rates include for placing in position, binding and joining edges, etc. with 4mm steel wire to form complete mattresses.The mattresses shall be formed by looping the wires at each intersection

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry, complete all as specified.

Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds, complete all as specified.

All as per srl item no 30 above but except stone.

Cleaning of RCC Water Channel (Kull) of width 1 metre at bottom and 1.3 metre at top of height 1.5 metre including chamber of size 2.00x2.00 x 1.5 Metre, by removing stone / rock/ sand accumalated from river water flow as and when required , complete all as specified. Note : (i) Minimum 02 helpers will be detailed as and when required to clean the RCC Kull and chamber. (ii) Kull and chamber to be cleaned with three hours on intimation, failing which a recovery of double the quoted rate shall be effected. (iii) The quoted rate shall include all T&P required for cleaning.

Bailing out mud water from raw water semi underground sump of size 7 metre dia, 3 metre depth , removing all mud/sand and small stones, cleaning by scrubbing with wire brushes throughly, complete all as specified. Note : (i) Minimum 05 helpers will be detailed as and when required to clean sump (ii)Semi Undergroung sump to be cleaned with three hours on intimation, failing which a recovery of double the quoted rate shall be effected. (iii) The quoted rate shall include all T&P required for cleaning.

Suppy and fix in replacement PVC green hose 100mm dia, 2mm thick confirming to relevant IS including clamps, nuts, bolts, and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 21 of tender doucments.
