NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1.01 & 1.02:- TThe quoted lump sum shall also include for Design, supply, Testing & Commissioning of natural and emergency ventilation system for air changes/ Hours as under in respective Hangars (Item No 1.01 & 1.02) of Sch ‘A’ Part-IB getting approval of CFEES. (a) Upon the detection of flammable vapour, the ventilation system shall be capable of providing a minimum ventilation rate of 20 air changes per hour for the landing gear pit and all associated ducts or tunnels. (b) All landing gear pits, ducts and tunnels shall be provided with a positive mechanical exhaust ventilation system capable of providing a minimum rate of 05 (Five) air changes per hour during daily operations and be designed to discharge externally to the hangar. The above natural and emergency ventilation system alongwith drawings shall be got approved by the Contractor from the CFEES before execution. Necessary assistance shall be provided by GE and drainage system all as specified. The contractor shall include the cost of above system in his lump sum amount quoted for the hanger and no extra cost / compensation shall be paid on this account.

M&L for GRANULAR SUB BASE (GSB) 200 mm thick (spread thickness) compacted & confirming to the grading even in Table 400-1 & physical requirment given in Table 400-2 as per MORT&H specification by using Shingle or Gravel spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified & directed.
M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) (in two layers 75mm each layer compacted seperately) wet mix macadam (WMM) with crushed stone aggregate of grading as specified in Particular Specifications, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber and shape all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for 125mm compacted thickness of Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) having 7 days compressive strength not less than 07 Mpa as specified in clause No 601.3.4 of MORTH using crushed stone graded aggregates as in mass concrete including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for HDPE film black 400 micron thickness conforming to IS - 2508 over 10mm sand cushion layer all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
M&L for 150 mm thick PQC as in pavement / hardstanding of minimum flexural strength 45 Kg / Sqcm with minimum cement content 400 Kg / cum or as per design mix which ever is higher using non circular synthetic fibre @ as specified by manufacturer including necessary steel formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Notes for Item No 51.00:- (i) Polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separtely (ii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iv) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item.
M&L forming 20 to 25 mm thick expansion joint filled with performed HDME filler applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joint, provn of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 25mm dia, filled with polyethylene sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 12mm) complying with BS-5212, priming the sides and applying masking tape on edged of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant applied, for thickness of concrete slab 300mm complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.
M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 45 mm deep x 6 to 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter)filled with expand polyethylene form (armoour board) applying bond breaker tape on top of armour board for complete width of joint, provn of colsed cell polythylene back up rod 12mm dia sealed with 10mm (depth min above back up rod) polythylene sealant complete with BS-5212, priming sides, masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant application complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of black flexible closed-cell elastomeric thermal insulation made of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR / PVC), tested for maximum service temperature 100 ºC as per ASTM C534 & minimum service temperature -50 ºC as per ASTM C534, thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature θm = 24 ºC as per ASTM C518 / C177, ASTM C335, water absorption by volume ≤ 0.2% as per ASTM C 209 / C1763, flame spread index (FSI) & smoke development index (SDI) 25/50 as per ASTM E84, flammability HB, V-0 as per UL 94, fungi resistance as per ASTM G21/C1338, mould growth resistance as per ASTM E2180-18 / UL 181 and ozone resistance as per ASTM D 1149-18 along with self pre-covered self-adhering, UV treated glass cloth of thickness 7 mm / 200 GSM adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

S&F of FM approved fibre-free, super-silent, microbe resistant, easy to apply 10 mm thick acoustic duct lining insulation of open cell elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber tested for acoustic performance as per EN ISO 354, EN ISO 11654: 1997 & ASTM C 423, service temperature range -20- 85 ˚C as per EN 14706 & EN 14304, thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.047 W/mK at mean temperature θm = 20 ˚C as per EN 12667, Class 1 surface spread of flame as per BS 476 7: 1997, flammability HB, V-0 as per UL- 94, anti-microbial behaviour (no fungal growth visible with the naked eye & no bacterial growth) as per EN ISO 846, air erosion resistance (no erosion, cracking or delamination at air velocity of 10000 FPM) as per ASTM C 1071- 05, density 140- 180 kg/m3 along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
S&F of TEFC, high efficiency (IE3), squirrel cage induction motor, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, having BHP rating 20% higher than the peak capacity suitable for 3-Phase, 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz AC power supply and variable frequency drive (VFD) along with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. NOTE: [i] The spare motor for AHU shall be kept in a closed container on a one foot high PCC pedestal inside the AHU Room.
