Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descrption and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of entire debris as ordered out side MD land complete all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including removal of entire debris as ordered out side MD land complete all as directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered out side MD land complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified`

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, padding and roof kerb including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC nominal mix, 1:1½:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajja, roof projection etc in any description up to 12 Mts in height in patches including necessary form work complete all as directed. Note: Qutoed rate is deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, safety belt etc.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinnning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exc 10 cm girth but n. exc 20 mm girth complete all as specified

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make: CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welded steel wire fabric weight not exceeding 4kg per sqm cut to size made to shape as ordered & fixed to walls wherer directed before plastering work complete all as directed. (Note : Plastering measured & paid spereately)

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab including any thickness of plaster and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at outside MOD land and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with one coat of bituminious aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. Make : STP Ltd / IWL India Ltd / Texas India Ltd / Tiki Dan as approved.

As per Ser No 13 above but in small areas, narrow width complete all as specified.

M&L for repairing of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as directed.

M&L for application of two coats of high performance, cold applied, single component elastomeric in situ liquid membrane black in colour to be applied on dry or moist surfaces having tensile strength 1.40 MPa, Elongation 400, UV resistant. Treatment is to be applied for 1.00 mm thickness in patches as ordered complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Make of material : ShaliUrathane BTD of STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300mm x 25 mm machine made laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortal screed 1:4, set joined and pointed in cement mortal 1:3 mixed with epoxy filler over existing APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed & epoxy filler).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 0.50 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as directecd.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having alkalie and anti fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon aditives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm as per manufacture's instructions complete all as directed. .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having alkalie and anti fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon aditives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm as per manufacture's instructions complete all as directed. .

M&L for preparation of existing plastered surface of any description and applying Zycosil plus penetrative solution one or more coat as ordered applied as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed. Make : Zycosil plus or equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L for two coats of smart care damp proof paint over and including self-priming coat on existing plastred surface including necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. Make: Asian Paint Smart Care Damp Proof or equivalent make approved by GE

M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint over any description of old painted wood and wood based surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of old wooden surface complete all as directed.

M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over any description of old painted steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of old steel surface complete all as directed.

Taking down old GI tubing 15 mm bore and connection including cleaning for re fixing stacking at site where directed .

All as per item No. 30 here-in-above but 20 mm bore of pipe - do -

Laying only 15 mm bore GI tube medium grade with all fittings all new (ISI Marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

M & L for 15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with fittings all new (ISI marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 34 here-in-above but 20 mm bore of pipe.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to wall complete all as directed.

S&F 110mm bore size PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door including jointing the same with solvent cement complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Junction (Single 'T') 110 mm bore equal or unequal.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks fixed in any description of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of water proofing treatment, cleaning and removing scale and dirts etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting as ordered , including reconnecting and re-fixing in same position and testing on completion complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 40 here-in- above but capacity of tanks exceeding 500 and not exceeding 1000 ltrs -do-

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 500 litres capacity white colour (both inside & outside), triple layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with close top) including brass float valve high pressure suitable for 20 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 1000 litres capacity white colour (both inside & outside), triple layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with close top) including brass float valve high pressure suitable for 25 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Cutting, Chipping and removing all damaged and debonded concrete and plaster from the RCC members of the bldg., manually or mechanically, so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars including the rent of tools, scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and application of rust remover/ converter (rebaklense RR of M/s fosroc chemicals India ltd or Amandur Manufactured by GK technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application incl coat of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of brushes etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer (Manufactured by M/S fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) over the exposed steel reinforcement after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement rods in one SM area including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and application of nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Provinding additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position, using Lok-fix (Manufactured by M/S Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials, labour, cost of steel bars and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for patch work by application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR per bag of cement as in small patch work of wall (upto 10mtr in height) / ceiling surfaces 15 to 30mm thick in two layers surfaces over a coat of bonding agent Nito Bond SBR coat (1 Ltr SBR + 1 Ltr water + 3 kg cement) applied as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- SBR latex chemical will measured and paid separately.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make FOSROC or equivalent as approved.
