Refurbishment/ Renovation and Modernization of 3 x 1.25MW Iqbal H.E.P Kargil – Electro-Mechanical part only” on Turnkey EPC Mode, as per scope of works defined in the Tender Documents. i. The Contract shall be on Turnkey EPC Mode. ii. The works included in the scope of the contract must be similar in technical specification as that of the existing installed machinery with modernization of old and obsolete mechanical equipments with digital ones as mentioned in Bills of Quantity. iii. The contractor must visit the site for exact specification of equipments like turbine systems, generators, etc before quoting rates. No drawing shall be provided by the owner. The materials supplied must fit the existing machinery. iv. Any other item / work, not specifically mentioned in the Tender Document, but required for successful commissioning of the power plant at design rated capacity, shall be included in the Bid price.
