Dismantling and opening of ceiling fan for overhauling any make, greasing and oiling of ball bearing and bushes respectively & reassembling the fan after servicing, greasing etc complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible twin core PVC sheathed and overall insulated cable of size 23/.0076, capacitor holding clamps, canopy, locking screw, split pin, rubber reel, nut bolts with washers PVC connection 2 way and blade screws complete all as specified and directed for the following size :- Note : All new spare parts reqd for overhauling of ceiling fans shall be measured and paid separately.

Rewinding of ceiling fan with existing size of super enameled copper winding wire complete including insulation materials applying varnish and drying properly at slow temperature. Reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing, polishing of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible twin core PVC sheathed and overall insulated cable of size 23/.0076, capacitor holding clamps, canopy, locking screw, split pin, rubber reel, nut bolts with washers PVC connection 2 way and blade screws complete all as specified and directed for the following size :- Note : All new spare parts reqd for overhauling of ceiling fans shall be measured and paid separately.

(e) Capacitor 3.15 Mfd of make – Usha, Unistar

(f) Capacitor 4 Mfd – Usha, Unistar

(g) MS Split pin off sizes

(h) Capacitor holding clamps (PVC) complete as per existing size

(j) PVC connector 2 way

(k) Plastic canopies suitable for ceiling fan of any make and sizes

(l) Rubber reel heavy duty

(m) Nuts, bolts and spring washer off sizes as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of fans and blades any make and sizes with two coats of broken white enameled paint with spray gun of approved quality after removing all dust/grease and scrapping up old painted surface including preparation, filling of cavaties with metal putty, complete including writing MES No in 2mm width letter on fan body with black enameled paint and two circular golden circles of 2mm thickness on outer edge of bottom side complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage water heater of 25 liters, and dismantling inner tank & outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with rescaling liquid/compound, overhauling complete to ensure free & continuous flow of water through outlet pipe, bronze welding of inner tank if required at site, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15mm dia, reassembling the same at existing/new place, testing/commissioning after reinstallation at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : All new spare parts reqd for overhauling of geysers shall be maesured & paid seperately.

All as per item No 8 here in before but capacity 50 liters complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old bottom plate of geysers 25/50 liters capacity & supply & fix new bottom plates of same sizes and shape complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix new air release valve 15 mm bore for geyser as per existing type including taking down old unserviceable air release valve’s complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair safety plug “brass” suitable for 25/50 liters geysers including taking down of old unserviceable safety plug of any make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F union socket 15mm dia including taking down of old unserviceable union socket complete all as specified & directed.

S&F fill glass wool for geysers including taking down old glass wool complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable non return valve & S&F non return valve 15mm dia (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable thermostat & S&F thermostat unit for geyser as per existing type complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down unserviceable indicator bulb any type & S&F indicator bulb of geyser as per existing type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable rubber gasket any type complete & S&F rubber gasket round in shape 8 to 9 holes suitable for 25/50 Liter capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable inner tank & S&F inner shell as per existing type/size/shape suitable for 25 Ltr capacity geyser made out of cooper complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable inner tank & S&F inner shell as per existing type/size/shape suitable for 50 Ltr capacity geyser made out of cooper complete all as specified and directed..

S&F PVC connection 15mm 18” long with brass nut & washer for water inlet including taking out unserviceable PVC connection complete all as specified and directed..

S&F stop valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end cock 15mm dia made out of brass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe “medium grade” complete including all fittings such as Tee, union, socket, bends, elbow, nipple, union for geysers including taking down unserviceable GI pipe from inlet/outlet connection complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of Solar heater of capacity upto 500 LPD including necessary repair / replacement of Flat Plate collector and repair of motor and pump of any capacity including cleaning of tank, necessary repair of pipe line, staging including the repair of electric support system of element capacity upto 3 KW.

Taking down service /sub main wire of any size fixed in any position , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of 4 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area ) of single core unsheathed PVC insulated cables 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 19/20 mm or higher dia with & including necessary conduit accessories concealed/surface only on roof & colomn) type including 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-charge.
