Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc,laid bedded and pointed in any mortar incl PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of anay description as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground floors) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of ( reinforced) cement concrete) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitiate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced cement concrete drain pipe, jointed in in cement mortar and taking out trenches if required for 300 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reiinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoos, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves an similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work , & set in Cement Mortar ( 1:4 ) in complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar, 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape require, incluing cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns ,hooking endsa and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layer I;e 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in and 5 mm thick setting coat in cm 1:4 with WPC on fair face of brick work and concrete including finishing fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and concrete work and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old surface and washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping and benching of Brick wall,drain etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Fixing only mild steel angle iron in fencing posts, fixed independently without connecting plates, grill etc and cutting to required size and shape, conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. With ends of bars shouldered and riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165. Note (ii) :- Work will be carried out upto 6 story in necessary scafolding and safety measures and labour insourance etc complete.

S&F mild steel angle iron in fencing posts, fixed independently without connecting plates, grill etc and cutting to required size and shape, conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of fencing posts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed.

Fixing only Concertina coil of any description on top of wall

S&F concertina coil 2.5 mm dia of core wire in 450 mm circular dia of each coil having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-1454(Part-I) with low carbon steel strip punched tape of 19 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barb/blades @ 25 mm centre to centre punched all along the length of both sides of strip at regular interval conforming to IS-513 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Concertina coil having 50 Rounds per 6 RM.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For extra for forming fair finished drain or channel as inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form moulds mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the plants/ vegetation upto Six story height including penefreated roots complete and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) including necessary scaffolding etc wk will be carried out upto 6 th storey complete all as per specification and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with coller of dia 300 mm complete all as directed

S & F Stainless steel pipe Ralliing of 50 mm bore of steps ,stair case landing ,roof ralling etc complere all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i)Verticale post of SS pipe 50 mm dia bore of pipe (ii) Horizantal ralling 02x 25 mm dia bore of pipe (iii) Main Hand ralling 50 mm dia bore pipe .

M&L for preparing the existing damages surface of path/road by cleaning-cutting to shape the surface and repairs with ready mix bituminous road material as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of open/covered drain and applying a spray of bleaching powder @ 1.00 Kg/Rm area for helthy hygenic atomoshphare including removing of sludge from existing site to at minimum distance of 1.5 Km from the crowded area and also spray of bleaching powder @ 1.00 Kg / Sqm on sludge obtain from existing site complete all as specified and directed.
