Manning and operation of water supply pump house at Jakatnaka for one FGM operater for each shift round the clock, 24 hours(i.e three shift) including sundays & Gazetted holidays for operation of pump set and diesel Engine (stand by) including operation of connected valves, maintain equipment in perfect conditions, maintaining proper timing of distribution of water supply, maintaining proper condition of equipments, cleaning of installation and surrounding areas as directed by Engineer-in-charge at pump and consisting of the following:-

Ist Shift - 0600h to 1400h

IInd Shift - 1400h to 2200h

IIIrd Shift - 2200h to 0600h

Centrifugal pump type DB 80/20 (Make Kirloskar ),2900 RPM, motor- 50HP capacity - 02 Nos.

Electrical panel board consisting of following (2 Nos):-

Oil immersed starter 50 HP make jyoti- 02 Nos.

Standby diesel engine generator set(Make Greaves ,SM No. 20222, Model No- 37OGMK3), Capacity 63 KVA, 1500 RPM , 84 BHP complete with panel board, battery 180 AH and battery charger - 01 No.

Pump house bldg including connected accessories, internal wiring, sluice valves, pipe lines etc.

Manning and operation of MES Electrical receiving station HT 11 KV at airfield area with 02 Electrician cum FGM in each Shift including sundays and Gazette Holidays for manning Installatin and attending complaints received through telephone/ in person form residence/ user (Total 03 shifts of 08 hrs i.e round the clock) complete all as specified and directed.

Main receiving four pole structure (MGVCL) for incoming HT supply with metering system

Two pole structure (MES) for distribution HT supply with distribution transformers.

Transformer 200KVA - 01 No.

Voltage Stabilizer Capacity 200 KVA.

DG set with AMF of capacity 200 KVA

LT pannel distribution to 11 SQN

LT pannel distribution to various places i.e 25 SQN, MET section, C.Eng. O complex, DSC huts etc.

Pump huose having C/F pump sets capacity 7.5 HP - 04 Nos

Street lights, Parameter lights,High Mast lights,Tarmic lights etc

Manning and operation of the air cooled floor mounted packaged type AC plant of 22 TR capacity unit with scroll compressors ( 2 Nos working + 01 No standby) at Training and Techanical Complex Airfield with employment one AC operator in each shift (Ist shift from 0600 h to 1400h and 2nd shift from 1400h to 2200h) all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note :- For Item No. 1.00 to 4.00 as follow :-

Main receiving station bldg including installations and surrounding area should be maintained neat and clean.

Maintain a record of breakdown of power supply from GEB and shut down given by tradesmen. Before taking any shutdown contractor shall intimate JE E/M and AGE E/M and shut down shall be taken only in presence of JE E/M.

Contractor shall be ensure that no worker shall work more than 48 hours in a week.

Contractor shall provide the proper uniforms as prescribed, to the tradesmen as per MES code as well as Raincoat, Gum Boot and safety hand Gloves to each Elect/Mate/FGM. In case the tradesmen are not wearing uniform/ uniforms not provided by the Contractor , necessary recovery will be made from the bill due to contractor. If contractor do not Provides the Uniform and Raincoat Penal recovery will be deducted @ 5000/- Per dress as uniform and Raincoat each separately for each tradesmen from his RAR/ bill amount all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Contractor shall provide the necessary T & P, Allen Key Sets, fuse wire, Lugs of any reqd size of HT/LT as reqd at site, nut and bolts, Tape Insulation LT/HT and safety equipments (Hand gloves, fuse rod etc), Heavy duty light LED Torches-03 Nos, Electric Goggles, Electric Helmet and Motor Cycle with Fuel(Petrol) to his staff at free of cost whichever are required at site for attending complaints at his own arrangement. Contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to inclusive of the said as aspect.If contractor does not Provide the said items/T&P/Veh necessary recovery will be made @ Rs 500/- for each 335 days from his RAR/ bill amount all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Contractor shall ensure that shift staff should be relived with proper handing/taking, the staff do not absent without intimation to concerned JE E/M and AGE E/M, compensation shall be leviable as per contract procedures.

Staff (all trade) will always remain on duty duly wearing uniform and shall maintain the connected documents such as log book, Attendence register(Centralized attendance register duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge/ JE/Contractor) , installation running record book in a printed form, water sample maintained book etc and checking daily by Engr-In-Charge.

Contractor shall provide the T & P (Spanner set) to tradesman and also provide the log sheet, Plant running book, clothing etc and all records shall be maintained properly.

Installation and surrounding complex should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look, cutting the grasses in and around the installation as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, otherwise a recovery at the double the market rate shall be charged if the installation and its complex are not kept clean all the times.

Negligence of duty during manning and operations, maintaining of records shall be taken seriously and compensation shall be made as per contract procedures.

The shift staff may be detailed for any other works as required by AGE E/M and JE E/M.

FGM operator shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experience in the trade from recognized government institution. Necessary qualification details shall be submitted by the contractor within one month from the date of acceptance.

Contractor shall provide life insurance of min Rs 1 Lakh to all the employed manpower & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance.

No one be absent on duty, if anyone found absent a recovery at the double the quoted rate shall be levied .

Staff shall remain on duty and will not leave installation without Staff. Staff shall leave the duty with releiver and proper handing/taking over is signed.

Tradesmen shall take preventive measure and shall use protective clothing as per code of practice of IE rules and deptt will not be responsible for any type of untowards incidents.

Each shift of one trade man is for 8 hours.

Log Sheet/Log Book of Plant running and running of AC plant, handing/taking over register atttendence register, will be maintained in proper form and duly binded will be issued in printed form by the contractor. All the documents shall be kept in the Sub Station and produced to GE/Vigilance Officer/Higher authorities during visit to installation.

Tradesman shall carryout normal maintenance of installation such as cleaning of plant/pipes/ducts, parts etc.

All the above documents shall be produced to the dept (Sub Div/GE Office) at the time of claiming payments of RARs which is of mandatory requirement.

All the trades man payment details i.e., Proof of payment in the Bank, Proof of EPF, ESI and BONUS payments and attendence register and log book, Insurance certificate duly signed by all concerned shall be submitted along with RAR/MB and No payments shall be entertained by the department in the absence of the above said documents. .
