Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm cu.m nominal size)

Providing and laying in position of Reinforced Cement Concrete Work of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. as required.: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing fibre cement high impact polypropylene reinforced roofing accessories in all colours with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete: Ridge finials

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Finishing 12 mm cement plaster of mix with 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification).40 mm thick

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means Without useinng Dozer including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per Technical Specification Clause 1603.1

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction
