Shifting of departmental M.S pipe 200 mm dia lying at lift Irrigation scheme Zandfarn to Zehanpora in private load carrier (36 Mtr) to use it as a internal & external gantry for lifting electrical & mechanical equipments during repairment time. b. The job involves earth excavation with the help of manual labour at two spots (1x1x1) Mtr for grouting of two Vertical posts in the concrete mixture of ratio 1:2:4 & then fitted one horizontal post on it with the help of manual labour, welding work, and other tools & tackles for external gantry . c. The job involves the charge on a/c of fabrication of internal gantry by way of cutting pipes as per measurement for installation of vertical & horizontal posts with the help of gas cutter, welding, manual labour , other tools & tackles for the completion of work d. All tools & tackles like D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, Nuts & Bolts, welding electrodes, rope, ladder, chain pulley block for the completion of work. e. Charge of paint for internal & external gantry

The job also includes the charge on a/c of head load for lifting pipe from highway road to site due to non-availability of approach road at lead of 300 mtr. c. The job then involves earth excavation with the help of manual labour at two spots (1x1x1) Mtr for installation of two Vertical posts in the concrete mixture of ratio 1:2:4 & then fitted one vertical post on it with the help of manual labour, welding & other tools & tackles . d. All tools & tackles like D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, Nuts & Bolts, welding electrodes, rope, ladder, chain pulley block for the completion of work. e. Charge of paint for external gantry

Providing and fitting of rigid coupling set complete for 05 cusec Hz end suction pumping unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Kanispora. The job also includes the charge of skilled labour , nuts & bolts, other tools & tackles for the completion of work

Fabrication, providing & fitting of cooling ring of gun metal/ bronze for 02 cusec HZ pumping unit no.02 at lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora.

Repairs to the major leakage (100cm ) along 350mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-I near pump station at cracked portion of pipe by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, earth excavation and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
