REROUTING OF EXISTING WATER PIPE LINE OF AC PLANT ACCESSORIES AND COOLING TOWER AT PEGASUS BLDG (P-148) AT NAY(K) KOCHI UNDER GE (NS) KOCHI

Dismantling carefully existing MS pipe line of size 200 mm connected with AC plant cooling tower from condenser motor laid on wall/MS channel supports using necessary tools & labour including cutting complete and keeping safe custody all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing using necessary tools & labour of MS pipe 200mm dia size to nearest MS channel structure (distance and height not more than 10 Metre) including jointing with welding, grinding & finishing and fixing with MS clamps/anchor bolts/nuts etc with pipe obtained from item no 01 above along with replacement of old POT strainer with Y-strainer suitable size and fitted in suction pipeline connecting with AC plant cooling tower from condenser motor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for any damage occur while in shifting of pipe line by mechanical or by manual power and to be provided new pipe in lieu of damaged pipe in case any damages made by working party.

Supply and fixing of ERW steel pipe of nominal dia 200 mm, thickness 5.4 mm for AC plant cooling water line fixed properly in steel structure as directed, with and including all bends, reducers, elbows, necessary accessories including cutting, welding grinding etc for connect with existing pipe line complete all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fixing of Galvanized iron pipe, medium grade, nominal dia 80 mm (3'' inch), on existing wall/ fabricated MS channel structure, with and including all necessary fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, valves etc including welding/jointing with provide one suitable size of Y- strainer in suction line complete connections between pumps at air compressor plant room and newly shifted cooling tower location complete all as specified .

Material and labour for Steel frame work in tubular trusses for supporting the water pipe lines of AC plant upto a dia 200 mm on a height of not more than 10 metre from ground level with suitable structural stability on ground and erection complete including special shaped washer, support channels etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St-240, including all types of nut, bolts for welding pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Mono block pump set of capacity 5 HP/3.7KW with bronze impeller, cast iron motor body, head not less than 20 metre, self priming, 3000 RPM working voltage between 380-440 Volt, 3 Phase including all electrical cables, starters with overload and single phase prevention safety protection devices, connecting with cable size of 3 core copper sheathed PVC insulated 10sqmm cable connections from existing LT panel to pumps along with extending connection of existing earthing for pump body and having efficiency curves for efficient operation, Designed For Automatic air release during priming, dynamically Balanced Rotating Parts ensuring minimum Vibration during running, fully Gland Packed / Mechanical Seal complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of Suitable foundation for Motor Pump Set shall deem to be included in the quoted rate.

Material & Labour for dismantling/disconnecting the existing round type cooling tower of capacity 30 TR connected with existing air compressor with all GI pipe connections and electrical connection and removing the nuts/bolt/rivets/PVC fillers, FRP sheets & covers keeping safe custody, all accessories and same shall be shifting (distance approximately 100 metre) and re-install, commissioning the cooling tower with necessary connections in all respect, painting with all connected items without leakage of water from base ,with and including suitable preparation of PCC foundation of size not less than (1.5 metre (L) x 1.5 metre (B) x 2 metre (H) above ground level for mounting cooling tower of capacity 30 TR ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of Suitable Foundation for cooling tower shall deem to be included in quoted rate.

Demolition of existing cement concrete (unreinforced) as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations for iron poles/ISA Angle iron channels etc to filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
