Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in : (i)Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-(a) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

(b) Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-(a) RCC colum beams, girders etc. with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finised with a floating of neat cement 40mm thick.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) Raised and Cut.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand)

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor -2 level including arrisses,internal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand )

Boulder filling behind retaining wall under floor with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement, 3 sand,6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing under layer for plinth protection 75 mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size will rammed with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including prepration of ground.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt , dust and other foreign matters.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture (two coats ) brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of oil,dirt,dust and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting etc.with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing anodised MS sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete.300 *16 mm

Providing and fixing of Steel/fibre reinforcement concrete (SFRC) manhole cover with frame conforming to IS-12592 (Part - I)-1998 with latest ammendments 560 mm dia medium duty in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel 750 mm x 750 mm made with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30 x 30 x 3 mm for cover, MS Flat 25 x 5 mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet 4.00 mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle, MS Flat & MS Sheet, embedding in RCC Slab by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300 x 16 mm, MS Handle 100 mm, Lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & painting two coat with steel paint (Firoza Blue) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
