OD123999/2022-2023:Design, testing, Supply, erection, trial run and commissioning of Vertical Turbine Pumpsets (with stand by) of approx. 60.386lps against actual head (78m tentative) and having 1500 rpm sync. Speed, Bronze LTB2 Impeller, SS 316 shaft, cast iron casing, Bronze LTB2 neck ring, SS 410 sleeve, squirrel case EF2 motor with a complete integrated soft starter panel capable of operating the motor having a protection level of IP 40 or more with integrated bypass contactor in the panel and motor protection relay having parameters as per IE rules, with a power control MCCB and line power contactor, and the starting current shall be 2.5 – 3.5 times the normal full load current of motor with Ammeter, voltmeter and phase indicators, space heaters, floor monitory type and having an insulation level of 100 V (the standard of starter is to be I.E.C 60947-4-2) control switches, capacitors, pressure gauge etc satisfy the requirements and including the cost of internal wiring with suitable copper cable, valve( PN1.6), specials etc and fixing the flow meter to pump sets (motor, capacity, type etc should be specified.) pipes and specials required for the interconnection works with the existing pumping main suction and delivery part of pumps and provide the electrical and mechanical installation as per the KSEB, and KSEI specification and standards (All items required for the commissioning should be supplied and erected/fixed and initial and final approval obtained from KSEI and got energized from KSEB). The pump and motor supplied are to be from Kerala Water Authority short listed manufactures and should be in accordance with relevant IS Specification. (Rate vide proceedings of CE (Projects) No.10636/AE 15/2022/KWA dt. 29.03.2023). The efficiency of pumpset will not be less than 75% with replaceable warranty of minimum period of 2 years. (The actual head to be arrived by the contractor)

OD124000/2022-2023:Supply of flow meters and accessories of size 300mm-Supplying an Electromagnetic Flow meter confirming to protection level of IP-68 for Flow sensor and IP 67 for transmitter and having an accuracy level of 0.5% with LED /LCD display unit.The flow meter should have the housing (Flow sensor) to be made of ISS304/Carbon steel with anticorrossive protection and inside liner to be made up to Hard Rubber/neoprene all confirming to drinking water standads.The flow meter should be coupled with HART for data acquisition and transfer with provision for wirless transfer through GSM.The manufacturer should have the callibration standards as per ISO 17025 and the product shall have sufficient warranty provisions vide circular no KWA/HO/SP-4014/2012/Flowmeter and Soft starter dt 5/9/2012
