M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm thick in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with mechanical boomer for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical boomer and finally with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness (75mm or less) thick with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Preparing surface and priming coat on bituminious macadem shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20 mm with fixing with epoxy. LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high intensity grade shedding retro reflective delineator post 75mm outer dia, heavy duty steel pipe 1.20 m long head cap by hydraulic machine design and hold fast welded on delineator post bottom with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of stove enameled paint by heat process and three Nos reflective bands of white, red & yellow colour and covered by 14 gauge net grill and welded complete all as specified embedded in ground in 30x30x40cm deep pit (including excavation and removal of soil) filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated) and upto 30 cm high above ground level including necessary from work, removal of old unserviceable delineator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye's dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.
