Transportation of materials issued departmentally for the work from departmental stores and distribution to locations for erection including storage if necessary, loading and unloading charges with lead of 50 m by head load and initial lift of 1.5m at each end etc. - By lorry over 9km and upto 10km for Tower extensions and other structures and all other materials including earthing materials

Dismantling of one set suspension clamp with line conductor from 220kV suspension string after lifting the conductor using special appliances, placing the conductor with suspension clamp on tower cross arm , lowering the string using rope and pulley, dismantling the string and re-assembling the same with new disc insulator after changing all rusted/flashed/damaged disc insulators then lifting the same and placing it to the existing U bolt at cross arm using rope and pulley then lifting the line conductor with suspension clamp and connecting the same to the bottom of string insulator as per the direction of department staff.

As per Circular no.FA/Tax Cell/GST- Tendering/2020-21 Dated24.02.2021, the following conditions shall be noted. 1. The contractor should quote only the amount excluding GST and TCS. 2.The contractor should not quote the GSTrate, GST amount and TCS. 3.It is mandatory to specify the registration status and quote the registration number along with the copy of GST registration and the same shall be uploaded.
