Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including plaster and concrete padding, roughening of concrete surface, cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debris/rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, over roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm avg thick PCC padding in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement for laying of WPT over roof all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on flat concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as in screed bed for WPT over roof all as specified and directed. (Note:-WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester, of minium 3 Kg/Sqm 3 mm thick (minium) with minium 75 mm side overlaps and minium 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminous/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.25 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying self adhesive water proofing membrane 1.5 mm thick with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on vertical surface of brick/concrete including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on verticle Brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer on external wall.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 250 and n. exc 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) carrying out petty repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting (if required) reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

S & F in repair 500 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 15mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 25mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Refixing 15mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

Refixing 20mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

Refixing 25mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F 15mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed.

S&F 20mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed.

S&F 25mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed.

S & F for 20mm ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

S&F 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treatment of roof cracks in existing roof surface by cutting out portion along the cracks with mechanical equipment into 'V' shape, cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, aggregates etc., apply the crack seal compound over existing cracks of roof as per manufacturer instructions or all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: FOSROC/Dr Fixit/Pidilite or equivalent
