Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation ,drains, pipes ,cables etc.(Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width ) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan ,depth up to 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth up to 1mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in:

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50mtr and left up to 1.5m.

Providing/laying and fitting as per site alingment of MS pipes 150mm dia made of 7.8mm thick MS plate and duly fixed /welded (12mm thick welded) with 20mm thick flange both side of ISI Mark grade-C Mild steel flange (Make Jindal or any equivalent manufacture) and all necessary fittings as per the direciton of site Engineer incharge including all carriage complete. Wall thickness : The wall thickness of C class pipes can range from scnedule 20 to 160, with the thickness increasing as the schedule number increases. Pressure rating : Class pipes are designed to withstand high pressure environment with pressure ratings typically ranging from 150 psi to 2500psi . The flange plats should be confirming to C class pipe range with minmum thickness as 12,, amd [rpvoded wotj 8-No holes of 18mm diameter with (bolt specification/HDG) 8.8 grade high tensile as per the direction of site engineer incharge including all carrriage comple job.

Providing/laying and fixing of Nut and bolts including all necessary fittings complete.

Providing/laying and fixing of Gasket (EPDM 5mm thick) including all necessary fittings complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concert of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth lent 1:2:4(1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size.including all carriage complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal form for:-

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course etc.

Providing/ fixing gate value/Sluicce value of 150mmm incl. all type of necessery accessries fittings as per the direction of Engineer In charge and all carriage complete

Providing and fixing of interlock tiles for footpath side including sand and slury and all carriages complite
