M&L for surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material exc 500mtr and n exc 1.0 Km depositing, where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidation formation surface by using power road roller with 8 to 10 tone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade-I as specified Table 400-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone , crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using mortar grade of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specification for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant. Material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. the finished surface tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not more than 75mm) with paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix laid rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing unsurfaced Wet Mix Macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and loose material applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10kg/10 sqm of road surface, laying Semi dense bituminous premix asphaltic concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power road roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in kerb stones (road side edges) and the like of required shape including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.
