Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish upto ouside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for injecting/grouting cement slurry mixed with Conbextra EP 10 (Epoxy resinj injection grout) of M/S Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved Chemicals in to roof/sunken slabs of toilet by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval by mechanical means with required pressure complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick (average), plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, etc mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC sall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15 mm bore, bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, stainless steel kitchen sinks with drainage board made of 1 mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm and bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, vitreous China squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and 'P' or 'S' trap, including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to trap and flushing pipe etc complete including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Semi-Pedestal pattern (Anglow-Indian type), vitreous China water closet pan, white, with 'P' or 'S' trap, including flushing pipe, etc complete and making good to disturbed surfaces of floor by filling with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 to match with the existingscomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 10 litre capacity, PVC valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, flush pipe, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Vitreous China, wash basin, White, flat back of size 450 x 300 mm excluding taps but including CP waste coupling, PVC waste pipe, chain & plug & porcelain stopper, bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15 mm bore, pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot or Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), as in levellig course, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grovving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in with mixture of white and grey cement equal proportion and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia etc and applying two coats of water based acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion (exterior wall finish) paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note fir serial item Nos 01 to 89 above: The work has to be carried out upto 16th floor building and the rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary provision for this aspect accordingly)
